Worst Movie Ever?

Hey, Kate Hepburn played the same character in every movie she ever made. But it was a great character.

I'm useless with actor/actress names, so I don't recognise Kate Hepburn :sorry1:

I just love the way Robin Williams slips back into his natural voice here and there regardless of his part

Blair Witch was bad, but Paranormal Activity takes the prize for total worthless idiocy on film. When the girl is taken into the hall from her bed, and the guy runs after, and we are left watching an empty room while she screams for ten minutes....I was cheering for the ghost to just kill them already!

Seen here with Pete O'Toole in The Lion in Winter(1968). This is my favorite of her movies and also the reason I can't think of Eleanor of Acquitaine without picturing Katharine Hepburn. Some of her other most famous roles:

Rose Sayer opposite Humphrey Bogart as Charlie Allnut in The African Queen.
Violet Venable in Suddenly, Last Summer.
Christina Drayton in Guess Who's Coming to Dinner.
Jessica Medlicott in Love Among the Ruins.
Ethel Thayer in On Golden Pond.

Not seen any of those films

I tend to watch horror mostly, so I miss the big names a lot of the time.

I tell the truth that PA TERRIFIED me for months. (And pretty much scared me away from the entire horror genre indefinitely.)

Then again, I never thought any other "horror" film to be all that scary. Halloween was good, but it didn't really scare me, and neither did any other slasher film. The Exorcist also didn't really scare me.

The problem with those movies was the fact that you could see everything.

The fact that Blair Witch and PA didn't show anything is what made them so scary to me. (Helped that I saw PA in the theaters with a bunch of other people who were really into it; I saw Blair Witch at home during the day, so while it was somewhat disturbing, it didn't scare me as much.) The unknown is the scariest thing of all for me, and the makers of PA really knew how to do that well.

Besides, you want to talk about worthless idiocy... I assume you've never had to sit through Glen or Glenda?

Lol, it is very curious. I don't want to think about it because that will make me watch the movie!

oh, let me help you then...here is the recipe;

take twilight and add some 80's and "almost" funny jokes in it and make every actor 20 years older then multiply it by 1000 and you would get yourself one Love At First Bite

:cover: That sounds terrible. I didn't know you could get much worse than Twilight.

Just tortured myself with the second Twilight movie...why did I do it??

Because of Rifftrax, Madhuri. Because of Rifftrax.

Don't worry. Once New Moon is out on DVD, Rifftrax will be there to save you.
