Depends on who you are. Some have good lives, some don't in this afterlife we live in right now.Would life be happy with no afterlife?

Vey happy for me.Would life be happy with no afterlife?
For some people the "belief" that there won't be an after life makes this life more precious.Would life be happy with no afterlife?
I think it all depends on which version of after life you believe in. When I was a theist, I dreaded the afterlife because I was convinced I would spend an eternal afterlife in the tortures of Hell.Would life be happy with no afterlife?
There is no afterlife afaik, and I’m pretty happy. The same basic things that make one person happy can work for another, no need for fictional gods and all that.Would life be happy with no afterlife?
The thought of there being no afterlife and ceasing to exist essentially after death isn't really particularly comforting to me.
An eternity of being in perpetual church dosent sound all that appealing either. ;0)I think it all depends on which version of after life you believe in. When I was a theist, I dreaded the afterlife because I was convinced I would spend an eternal afterlife in the tortures of Hell.
It could be. To some degree it depends on our choices.Would life be happy with no afterlife?
It all depends on how you lived your previous life.Would life be happy with no afterlife?
I have always not understood this. For most people the afterlife is supposedly better than this life, yet all these people try to live as long as possible. Now I'm not advocating suicide but if you actually lived the way your God wants you too, for most people their life would be much shorter, and they would reach their afterlife much quicker. Yet society keeps wanting to extend our lives, keeps trying so overall I think most people would prefer no afterlife and live forever on this world. I, however, crave for the time when I no longer, feel, hunger, strive. I do not wish for additional time no matter what it entails.Would life be happy with no afterlife?
