What do yu mean "exempt"?
Well, there is being informed about facts. Information based on facts is what epidemiologists and hospital administrators and statisticians are giving us. On the other hand, there is non-factual
information being disseminated by people with no expertise whatsoever. An excellent example of this is the document being touted by @
ElishaElijah. This document was put together by a disgraced cardiologist and another doctor with no experience or expertise in Covid related fields. This is misinformation.
If people are choosing to believe information from a cardiologist regarding a global pandemic, that is on them. There is no rational reason for this. Religious fundamentalists teach their very young children to distrust and disparage science. Unfortunately, this early training endures throughout adulthood.
