Your beliefs of Afterlife?

I have no serious belief in "afterlife". Such matters hold no concern for me. I'll know well enough when I get there whether there is one. (I honestly hope there isn't, at least not an eternal one. Any form of eternal life is TERRIFYING to me.)

In the meantime, I have this life to live.

So, like for example Eternal Heaven. It is terrifying?

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I wanna learn about other faiths/beliefs afterlife.

  • I myself believe in the concept of Heaven and Hell as the afterlife.

  • In the Grave, we are questioned by Angels about our beliefs.

:)

I'm thinking life is repeatable since death and prebirth states are indisguinishable. Life clearly happened so it is feasible that life experiences can be cyclic phenomina.

The afterlife for all intents and purposes is what is being experienced right now as a living being.

This here is arguably the afterlife already.

Absolutely. Eternal ANYTHING is terrifying.

Not many people truly understand what "eternity" means. I do.
I would not really say terrifying but confusing concept.

In all honesty, i believe it will be fun because the divine is telling us himself.

If he is All-Knowing, i am sure it will be good and not terrifying in the least bit.

:)

Then why is the population decreasing?

Well, that's your belief and that's fine.

But I happen know better than this God, apparently. I've pondered the full implication of "eternity." And I know better than to trust the promise of "eternal happiness." That's one of the most popular tricks of the con-artist.

Do pigs, cows and sheep have an afterlife?
Yup, they do. And I'm betting that I'm going to see Blizzard, Midnight, Cuddles, Princess, Teako, Boots, Sasha, Chieka, Josie, Annie, Jasmine, Charlie and Ginger again (plus a few as yet unknown furry friends).

I don't regard form itself in any numerical sense like population figures and such. Just the composition of atoms and molecules that enable the eruption of any type of life, for which upon consideration tends to be incalculable. Sometimes there is much life, other times little or none dependent on conditions or circumstances.

I don't precieve any actual seperation or disguishment in light of the interconnected and interrelated nature of all things both organic and inorganic. Nothing is created or lost. Just dynamic arrangements. Life clearly falls in there somewhere. ;0)

Sometimes a lot of life, Sometimes little.

Always coming and going.

What are your religious beliefs?

:)
I am not religious, I believe the most likely scenario is that once we die there is no afterlife: that all life just dies and that is the end.
For Humans, for pigs, for cows, for bacteria, for all living things.

Fair enough.
Do you think the same for all living things, including bacteria/viruses etc, or does it only apply to sentient creatures?

We should be able to find at least one piece of evidence regarding such.

There are none, especially in a belief that coexists within the earth itself.

I believe we end up alongside people that think and feel in the same way....
How else to be happy?
How else to be fair

the grave holds the remains of those who failed to stand from the dust
Eternal darkness is not a philosophical idea.
it is physically real
no light follows anyone into the grave
