Thanks, although according to Anthony Bordain, the world's standard actually belongs to the Chinese. But I'm not going to nit-pick as I've both had, cooked, and truly enjoyed various Moroccan recipes, and my favorites are variable couscous dishes.

BTW, my wife is from Sicily, and there are quite a few Sicilian dishes that are of Moorish origin, and I love 'em.
