More like a nightmare.

But it isn't so for many people. Like some people live really good lives right? I know for a majority of people and (including me considering my past) life seems like a nightmare but still there is also a majority who lives god damn good lives. But either good or bad it is all like a dream, in the end even if you are poor or rich it is all like a dream and it is empty. Like the Buddhists say "the form is emptiness". It doesn't matter really. When we are suffering it all seems so real and awful but really it is all a dream and in the end it doesn't matter.

I mean imagine being born to a super rich and powerful family. If it was all a materialistic universe that was that. You have born to a rich family and you have it all. All the happiness, all the freedom and all the other good things in life. The world was made for you to enjoy and for the poor to suffer. But even then despite all the richness and power it still doesn't fit. There is actually something reserved for the poor besides for the suffering and it is the emptiness of the form. It is all a dream after all and even you are rich you cannot rule supreme because you cannot rule emptiness

It is a good dream for some people and a nightmare for others, but I agree that it is all a dream and in the end it doesn't matter.

I was not born to a super rich or powerful family, but I don't have to imagine being rich, because I am rich. It makes life a little easier but it is not the panacea that people think it is. Money does not buy happiness. Without hope life is empty. I have hope for some things but not for others.

Amazing. Have you ever thought that you may be using magic to make those spirits appear. I don't know if what I say is a thing but I just got this thought. I remember there were a group of people calling to an imaginary spirit and eventually that spirit manifested. I just got the idea that mediums are actually magicians but they don't know it. Even if the spirits were actual people who existed before, that can be explained by magic. I think you may be a natural magician but you are just using your powers in a specific way. Just my two cents.

No, I have never thought that I may be using magic to make spirits appear. I've never thought of that because I'm a psychic medium (spirit medium), not a magician. Extrasensory perception (ESP), also known as the sixth sense, explains my mediumship as well as that of other genuine mediums. I was born with it. I became cognizant of it when I had my first interaction with an earthbound human spirit when I was six years old, but I have some vague memories of it happening before that when I was 4 and 5. My 21-year-old daughter is also a medium, and my other six children have varying degrees of the Four Clairs.

I was not born to a super rich or powerful family, but I don't have to imagine being rich, because I am rich. It makes life a little easier but it is not the panacea that people think it is. Money does not buy happiness. Without hope life is empty. I have hope for some things but not for others.

Money could buy happiness for me since I am hoping for immortality and need more time for my studies. Though sometimes I think immortality is closer to me than I realize.

Religious studies? Back before I had a lot of money I was a student for about 15 years.
I did not have time for God or religion back then since I was struggling just to get by day to day with work and school.

I believe that everyone has immortality since all humans are immortal. It is eternal life we have to hope for.

I've developed my mediumship to the point where it's potent enough for me and I'm comfortable with it, so I don't see the need to learn magick in an attempt to improve it at this time. I'm content with it. And, while I've shared many of my experiences as a medium on this forum, I've only scratched the surface of what I've seen and experienced firsthand throughout my life. That includes what I've experienced firsthand as a paranormal investigator as well.

Very much. In one very vivid dream, I am wearing an environmental protection suit of some kind, but I am on a planet with red orange dusty soil which I "know" is Mars, I am walking back, after doing something involving geology or searching? to a dome like structure, which I "know" is my base of operations and home, along with a number other people, I pause as I suddenly have this strange memory of being on Earth and living the life of a married man in the historical past. I remember thinking how bizarre dismissing the memory and walking on into the dome, which was all I recall before waking. Then I realize the strange memory was my life now. So odd.

I think it is a kind of magic. No really, you are using your paranormal forces to prove that paranormal doesn't exist.

I can sense things about people, if I am the same room as them, near them. Good things and bad things. I can also sense things before they happen. Like a phone ringing or a door knocking. As for ghosts, I can sense things odd about a house or a room, or even an area outside, usually a sense of menace or something hidden. Hard to explain. I can sense when people are looking at me too. Oh and I can correctly guess randomly drawn playing cards, my little party trick. That's about it.

For over a decade I have been experimenting with psychedelics and it has been quite sometime now that the drug activates certain parts of my brain responsible for extrasensory perception. This should come as no surprise since the very name "psychedelics" implies a mystical ingredient.

I not only witness an intelligence behind the people in things like television but also I am able to sense demonic forces and the God that protects me from them.

There may be some overlap between sorcery/Magick, and mediumship, but it's only an overlap.

I can perform Magick and even divination. But mediumship has always been a bit out of my wheelhouse.
