Other than that, mostly it's just fears about methods of dying. I would hate to be buried alive. IMO, one of the worst ways to die.
Dying by asphyxiation is not so bad. Let me tell you about it.
Once my friend and i had a challenge. We wanted to see who could swim the longest underwater. We figured 2 pool length ie 60m x 2 will more than adequate to determine the winner. So we started from the shallow end, thinking that when on the way back we ran out of breath, we would only have to stand up as we will be in the shallows.

We prepared ourselves by hyperventilating to the point of almost losing consciousness.
Then taking the last big breath and holding it, we kicked off from the shallow end.
We reached the deep end. No problems; easy peasy. We kicked off from the deep end - still underwater. He was always just ahead of me. OMG! we reached the shallow end and still have enough breath. We kicked off the shallow end. He was still slightly ahead of me. I don't want to lose out to him. My chest start hurting. Then my lungs seems to be on fire and felt like bursting. Pain peaked to white hot.
Then suddenly the pain reduced and was gone. My peripheral vision - the black borders of which grew wider and wider. My vision was tunneling smaller and smaller. The black borders had stars twinkling. It was getting harder to hold on to consciousness. I knew that if i go on any longer, i would lose consciousness and drown. Now i know why when autopsy is done - some drowned people have no water in their lungs. At last, i reached the end of the deep end of the pool, reached to top and pulled my head to air and breathe.

With that episode, fear of dying by asphyxiation is now gone forever.

Okay, so you're okay with the really little ones and you're okay with the monster size, like tarantulas. It's the middle-sized ones you don't like. Seriously, that's an interesting answer!

Yeah it's a little weird! I don't particularly mind the orb bodied ones either. It was one of these that dropped on me:

And these are also just plain disgusting. I used to pull their legs off as a kid (I was such a delightful child) but now I can't even bring myself to touch them:

hehehe....as children, we used to catch and keep spiders. Then we would have our spiders fight each other's spiders

I am so irrationally afraid of spiders that I once pushed a double bed across the room to kill a tiny spider I saw run under it before I went to bed. Big, little, in between, it doesn't matter in the slightest. I am scared to death of all of them. I can't even remember an incident that got it all started.

Mine are:
1. Talking to someone I don't know
2. High places. I even get nervous when I see other people at high places.
3. Going to a new place for the first time.

I have had trouble with social phobia my whole life. My fear of heights came after I fell of a shed when I was eight. I didn't get hurt, but the ground rushing at me terrified me!

1. Being around herds of people. I can't go to the store or anywhere where it's crowded.

2. Cancer and tumors. I don't know why but I'm obsessed for looking bumbs not only on myself but my cats as well. I had a cat die due to a stomach tumor. I felt terrible because I didn't have him put down.

3. Being homeless. I got to experience this and didn't do so well. It was very painful and frustrating.

1. Spiders
2. Crowds of people
3. Tight spaces

Theres quite a few more, but that's the top 3. ^_^

I really dislike being in crowds of people too. It makes me feel very akward. I start to sweat. lol It's really kind of gross but it's the truth. :p

C) All of the above :D

And not just afraid. Terrified. Panic attack, running to the other side of the street, crying in petshops terrified.

What about looking at a picture of birds? I know that when I look at pictures of sharks, it freaks me out big time.
