Ah, I'm meeting again with two aldermen this week to discuss further my vision. They also are wanting to drop their rates for leasing because they love my ideas. After meeting the mayor, he wants to sit down with me to talk more.

No, I didn't humiliate anybody....I changed my game plan and started talking about what I felt was good for the building and good for the city. I guess I came off better that way.

But man, there is no way I would ever run for office. Schmoozing like that is something I'm not used to. LOL

Oh, and I enjoyed myself thoroughly with my thoughts yesterday. That's all you need to know.

I guess you can see how it's possible I might get thrown out of a Chamber event. However, I'll keep my temper in check. I'm a performance artist, you know. I can put on a good act.

Glad you liked it. I want some sugar, though. Your sugar to be specific. I'm finding myself suddenly in the mood for it....must be either the full moon or my raging hormones.

Come to think of it, I'm betting on it being the hormones. I could never understand the female cycles coinciding with the phases of the moon.....I could never get that to work for me, so I'd rather just go by something more tangible.

Oh, and Steve is afraid I'm going to burn too many bridges if I let my wrath come out over the city wasting the tax dollars on what will amount to be a doomed failure. The thing is, though, is that if politicians don't have a thick skin, they're in the WRONG line of work. I'd much prefer to coldly tell them how much they're royally screwing up and wasting everyone's time, money, resources, and insulting my line of work by calling it a viable "theatre."

I'm leaving in a couple of hours. And I'm planning on bringing up the theatre to them. It isn't specifically for that since it's a Chamber of Commerce event, but I've already brought it up to a few people that they need to hear about it.

I'm working on being diplomatic. Think I can pull it off?
