Neighbour went on holiday!

Hey I looked up a little about Sanatana-Sikhism. If you like Sanatana -Dharma and Sikhism it would go perfect with you! Its just a mixture of Sikh beliefs and Sanatana Dharma Beliefs. They still revere Guru Granth Sahib but still practice some things from Sanatan-Dharma. Looks pretty cool.

Cool, Odion just picked up Sanatan-Dharma? Was he a seeker too?

I belive the closest mandir is probably 20 min drive, and I dont drive either. I will have to get my parents to take me.

There is a Mandir somewhere around where I live. I have a friend down the street who is Hindu, ill have to ask him where it is. They go there every once and a while.

I love the complexity of it! I feel that under all of the complexities there is a deep oneness with all the teachings and that is what I really like.

Also, how are you doing? Still going with Sikhism?

Hey, Im thinking about Hinduism now. I ran into some info about it and really began to enjoy it.

It is a deity too. It is the very heart of God, God makes this Hill his "I" so that from there he can help those who seek Self-Knowledge.

Aruna means: Existence-Consciousness-Bliss, while Achala means: Perfection. Ramana Maharshi saw Arunachala as the heart of the world and that Arunachala gives, those who seek, Self-Knowledge. So I decided to start worshipping Arunachala. It is also said that one who simply thinks of Arunachala will be liberated.

Pretty good. Still working on my little philosophy. I dont know if you saw, but I have started the worship of Arunachala hill. Its going pretty good so far. How about you?
