    A previous town allegedly has one. I was in escrow to purchase it, and was unaware. Those were the days when they had NO disclosures. A real estate agent informed me about it. I canceled the escrow, and lost my deposit. I never looked back. Life goes on.

    Great response. You are correct, imo. It was not an easy concept for me to grasp, but I did understand it a few years back. Previously, I would equate a bad action with the person. Life is much better now, seeing things as you have spoken.
