If you haven’t found all the truth is that worse than not finding any truth whatsoever?
How is science the best way to that?
What science proves or disproves a belief in a God who wants us to rely on faith instead of relying on evidence that science can look at?
If science cannot determine...
What is there to suggest that Christianity is not correct? Also, where do you get that I want you to try general pieces and not any specific unique pieces?
As stated in James 1:5-6 Where there is lack of wisdom to ask of God It does not specify general beliefs only apply.
What difference does it make how many who say their own brand of belief is the only way to go?
Truth is truth despite how many prevailing POV’s there are.
Also, while not all religions are fully alike does not mean there no commonly shared beliefs between beliefs. If a belief that is commonly...
There is also no evidence showing that there is no God who wants us to rely on faith either and yet that does not stop those atheists from taking a leap of faith and choose to not believe in such a God anyeay, so what’s your point?
Great abundance of Gods and not great abundance of evidence. No evidence shown that there truly are 1000 or 1000 plus Gods and if it’s believed there is one God who gives an open ended challenge to try to find truth by acting on faith it does seem reasonable to at least give it a try and see...
Wel one could start there and it’s at least better to start from somewhere than to not bother starting from anywhere. That is one way to assure that you would go nowhere.
How does you saying it is circular prove it’s circular? The challenge is open ended. If it’s circular there would be no challenge to begin with. I would be posting that it is true because I said so and that’s all there is to it. There would not be any challenge brought up.
Well then,
Nothing proves it’s inadequate quite like “could” and “appears to be”. That appears to me you are simply being lazy and make an excuse to not bother to start searching from somewhere.
HOW is it a neat little closed system when the challenge is opened?
In order for it to be a closed system the message would be that the teachings are right because the teachings said so. That’s not the case here. The case here is to act on faith and see what happens.
And your proof that the traits in the God I believe I. are false is what?
If you have no proof to invalidate the beliefs what’s the problem with taking a leap if faith and find out if Jesus Christ is the God to follow?
It seems like you are counting your chickens before they are hatched.
Try taking a leap of faith and try out what is taught personally and see what happens. That’s certainly one way for you to find out if what I believe in is true.
