Can my unbaptized friend receive the Eucharist and can I baptize him?

Ok thank you for this advice Jeremy. I will definitely put this advice to good use. ;)

Can my unbaptized friend receive the Eucharist and can I baptize him?

Hello everyone. My best friend is a Christian but he has not yet been baptized. Can he receive the Eucharist? Also, can I baptize him? Also, does he have to believe that the Eucharist is literally the body and blood of Jesus as he has a very hard time believing this. He believes that Jesus...

Ancient Christian Writings in Egypt Support LDS Teachings

Very cool article! What gets me is why these scholars don't accept that Mormonism is true when they see the evidence like they are seeing. It just makes no sense.

FLDS found 100% innocent in courts

I say good for them! And I mean that too. I literally mean that that is good for them. I am not being sarcastic. :) I may disagree with their beliefs and not believe that their prophet is legitimate but that doesn't mean that I don't care for them. I wish they'd come home to the Church of...

Should I wear my pentgram to work?

I would. But beware, some people might persecute you for your faith in Wicca if they know what the pentagram means.

    Holy Water

I don't think so. I told my priest I was going to store holy water in an empty bottle of soda and he didn't say anything about it. I would assume that if it was going to lose its blessing he would have told me so.

I don't know where to post this topic at...but why do Catholics pray to Mary?

There are a lot of reasons why Catholics pray to the saints and especially Mary. First, let me show you how it is Biblical and fully Christian. Scripture Catholic - SAINTS AND INTERCESSORY PRAYER The Intercession of the Saints Praying to the Saints And here is some links explaining...

    Yeah, Catholic again...

I am also a Catholic again and it is primarily due to what happens at the consecration of the Eucharist. If it wasn't for the Eucharist, I wouldn't be Catholic.

    The book "Jesus Of Nazareth"

I've never read it though I certainly would like to. :)

In Desperate Need Of A Job

Hi everyone. I am in desperate need of a job. Me and my Grandma got in a major fight the other day and so she is no longer supporting me. I have to pay my own bills now even though I am trying to get disability. Please pray for me that I find a job that I can handle and that pays well enough to...

Review my letter to campus newspaper

I agree. People like Mr. Smock get a sort of high from condemning people. If he really wanted to "save souls" he'd do something more productive like passing out tracts or something instead of standing out there condemning people.

    Celestial, Terrestrial, Telestial, Outer Darkness

Did you also post this on another forum because I think I have seen this exact same thread somewhere else on the web on another forum which is dedicated to the LDS? Anyway, I have a question. If one is a Latter-day Saint and falls away from the church and no longer practices Mormonism, would...

    4th Abrahamic Religion?

In my opinion it is rather offensive for us to be called a 4th Abrahamic religion because we are Christians, not some totally different religion. It seems like this Southern Baptist person just wants to avoid calling us Christians.

    Joseph Smith was a FRAUD!!!

ROFL! I was totally expecting some kind of anti-Mormon tirade and was expecting to ask you to prove that he was a fraud. lol

Wow that's awesome that you get to baptize your own wife! Congratulations!

Did Jesus say he was God???

Yes, Jesus most certainly is God in the flesh. :)

Was Jesus a Restorationist, a Reformist, or a Revolutionary?

Jesus was something else. He was definitely a revolutionary in some ways but he was also the founder of the Catholic Church.

    Is Bible Prophesy realible?

Bible prophecy is reliable but whether or not we are living in the last days I do not know for sure. I personally do believe that we are living in the last days though I honestly don't know for sure if we are or not.
