Imam Mahdi in Al-Futuhat Al-Makkiyyah by Ibn Arabi

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Ibn Arabi is one the greatest Arifs( Sufies ) in Islam. He wrote many books and articles, but two of them are the most important ones. Al-Futuhat Al-Makkiyyah(الفتوحات المكية) is one of those two important books and the other one is Fosusol Hikam(فصوص الحكم). The book...

the third pillar of islam is prophethood.

Zahra, this is not correct. 'Ash'ari Sunnis, i.e. the mainstream of Sunnis, do not believe in Devine Justice( Not that this never means that Shias believe that dear Sunnis are not Muslim ). Your new threads about the pillars of Islam is so informative and good. Thanks.

In the verses, Mecca is not appointed as the Qibla. Instead, Masjidul Haram( which is only one house ) has been appointed as the Qibla. But that verse talks about many houses. Which one was the Qiblah? That verse means 'let your houses face each other', not what you say.

I have answered to this issue in the post #59. The correct translation of the verse is, We revealed to Moses and his brother [saying], ‘Settle your people in the Egypt, and let your houses face each other, and maintain the prayer, and give good news to the faithful.’ (87) You say that the...

The origin of 5 times prayer in Hadith books

Because Qibla is for Salat, the verse means that whevere you are, you should say your Salats facing Masjidul Haram, which is in Mecca. Allah says, 'And keep up Salats in the two parts of the day and in the first hours of the night.'[ 11:114 ] So, wherever we are, when we want to do Salats in...

The origin of 5 times prayer in Hadith books

The verse says that 'wherever you are', not whenever you are. So, you can not say that, it is a 24 hours state. The verse says that wherever we are, we must turn our faces in direction of Masjidul Haram( sacred Mosque which is in Mecca ). Masjidul Haram is a physical thing, so that the...

The origin of 5 times prayer in Hadith books

Brother, Qibla in that verse does not mean the direction toward which the prayer should be said. Because, that verse says,' Provide dwellings for your people in Egypt, make your dwellings Qiblatan' The people of Moses were many. So, there were differnt homes. Which one was the Qibla?! That...
