You're probably right, but this thread has shown verses from the Quran which have been translated by most scholars to be meaning the same things. I also want to make a request, that If one person is defending why they believe so and so, does not necessarily mean that they are judging the other... -

This life is like a series of obstacles that he has to cross to reach a fine place in Heaven, and he knows that the more he strives, the more he will be rewarded. It does convince me, because the word " those who purchase Idle talk" is used in the Quran, and Music is the only idle talk that we purchase. Along with Fictitiously grand movies, games, all delusionary stuff, atleast I don't see any good to these, just a waste of time. And No, we're not... -
