 I know. ´Allo ´Allo comes to mind, wonderful show, though Fawlty Towers must be the funniest TV show ever made.
But the best stand-up comedian of all time is American: Sir George Carlin. No contest...
Well - I have no problems with any American. In fact I´ve met a few of them over the years, and enjoyed being together with them.
But I do come from the most Americanised country in Europe; Iceland, and I´m raised up watching Seseme Street, Captain America, Felix the Cat etc...
Don´t think anyone in Europe is hostile to the Amercian people. It was Papa Bush and Baby Bush we didn´t like, specially not the Baby one.
Imagine some Head of State, or of goverment in Europe saying that God told him to invate a country, like Baby Bush did - think that in most Europian...
This guy, Bill O´Reilly isn´t much into science, is he? But one argument he made, is worth the thougt: It takes more faith in beliving the Universe came to existence all by itself for no reason, than to belive in some kind of a Creator.

The latter I agree with...
Both religion and science are tools, used by human beiings. So in a way, religion could also be a loaded gun laying around, couldn´t it? My point is, that you can use religion both ways, evil or good.
Sure those two topics are different from one another in the way, that science deal with...
I would have to disagree with you on this. In modern day, science contributes much more to society than religion. At least in the Western world. Look at the airplanes, cars, computers, the internet, electricity, education, healthcare, astronomy and cosmology etc etc etc.
Social studies have...
