Yes and the health cost too. it's not so much a tax as it is making oil cost it's actually priceHow about if we add a fee to the selling price of fossil fuels equal to the cost of removing and sequestering the waste products from the atmosphere?
The reason that fossil fuels appear to be cheaper than sustainable fuels is that nobody bothers with waste management.
That's a huge subsidy.
