I believe if one reads between the lines Paul may have had problems with the temptations of sex with women. After all he was a single guy and most likely a virgin.

I was being humorous and sarcastic... I don't think effeminate people go to hell... In fact, I think if hell exists, it is not a permanent place... I don't see how on Earth a person should be condemned to suffer forever and ever because of what they did with this short life, while they were blind and confused.
I think God takes into account that the world is blind, confused, and people often are simply following their conscience or what they were raised with.

In as much as effeminacy encompasses more than just dressing as a female I don't believe it can be limited to just that.
If it was the same then there would be no need to mention it separately from homosexuality as is done.

The Kingdom of God can be in other places besides heaven but heaven is (in) the Kingdom of God.

Despite the fact the Greek word is specifically about clothing when used in Matthew 11 and Luke 7, eh??
You might want to read the entirety of your own source then:
"The kingdom of God has several aspects. The Lord is the Sovereign of the universe, and so in that sense His kingdom is universal (1 Timothy 6:15). "
So your own source seems to cover David's interpretation as well.
