I do not believe that God ever Micro-manages what we do or what happens.
That is fatalistic, or belief in pre-destination.
I do not believe God ever introduces disease or disaster, or punishes us in this world.
That would make a nonsense of a loving God who gave us free will.

Perhaps that is why some Muslims seems to have difficulty with the concept of political and personal freedom and equality issues.

I'd prefer them to be promiscuous and healthy than for them to be slowly tortured to death with a biological weapon, which is the scenario you're suggesting.

Many babies born to HIV-positive mothers contract HIV themselves at birth. Have these babies been promiscuous? What have they done to deserve punishment?

Knowing where you put your stick is the reasonable choice. If you need chastity for it, so be it. Most people don´t need to go to such extremes.

Did you ask yourself one day what is the purpose that you are here on earth?
Did you ask yourself why i came here as a visitor to this world,living for
some years,then disappear once again,then why i came here for what purpose.
The answer is simple,because you are here for the test.

What makes a man attracted to the woman,why the man is attracted to

the feeling of attraction which is just an illusion of excitement.

Feeling of sadness,depression,happiness,outrage,love and faith is in our hearts.

i dont want to talk here about my faith as it is not a place for preaching,but just
for debating,so i will stop at this point and regarding the children who have been
infected with AIDS,they will pass the test without exam,arent they lucky,that
they are born with faith and they didnt have any sins,so the one who will be
clean of sins will be called as "born again" - return as baby without sins.

breathing is as natural to the body as sex is

surely you are not implying people should stop breathing because they may acquire an air born illness...

your argument fails epically.

It is clear that at least one of the many many Hadith, NOT the Koran, says that they come from Allah:
“When promiscuous behaviour becomes widespread in a nation, Allah will send upon them such (strange) diseases that their own ancestors never heard of.” (Hadith At-Tabarani).

They believed every ailment was sent by a God, they just weren't able to explain illness.They can all be explained without a God,

AIDS isn't an STD and the cause of it is very well understood, so God isn't required for that either.

Is this an authentic quote? Because I couldn't find it anywhere else on the web except for two other forums and what looks like a propaganda site.

Verse number might help.

By the way: it's Al-Tabarani, not At-Tabarani.
