It does too. The vertical ticks are January. Look at 2000, 2001,2002, 2003, 2004, 205, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 . . ., 2018. After that Trump's peak began He did not have a 2019 drop, but in 2020 it looks as if the low was in February or maybe March at the absolution most, even when Biden had his peak time periods the low points were still in January or February. I even got a stiff square to use as a straight edge.

I do not know why she would be complaining about that. Both of those are related problems that need some more help. Or maybe she is complaining about the aid to Israel and Ukraine. So what? It is a compromise bill. I do not think that she understands the concept.
