Well, somhow I always manage to shut down threads because I get too far off topic.Sasa said:I think we've about covered the gammet of topics on this thread.

zombieharlot said:I don't really think it's off topic. After all, you said that after we die we can become angels. So how is speaking of salvation off topic, if it determines what kind of angel one is to become?
Sasa said:I must have missed that. Die and become Angels?
Here is the LDS doctrine on angels as revealed to Joseph Smith.Sasa said:I must have missed that. Die and become Angels?
Gotta disagree with you on that one... Christ Himself resurrected a few according to Biblical accountsSasa said:However, the only human to have ever been resurrected was Christ.

There are two types of angels according to Doctrine and Covenants 129
1)Resurrected angels, who have an immortal body of flesh and bones, Jesus fitting into this catagory
2)Spirit angels, having no flesh and bones, not been reunited with their bodies yet
Yes, and I tend to come off as being pretty serious, and basically am most of the time, concerning the truth's of God. I hate to see misconceptions amongst believers of God, just as you do.It's certainly not something that your eternal life depends on knowing. One of these days (hopefully) we'll meet in Christ's Kingdom and we'll laugh about it then.

Huh - my understanding is that *resurrection* is to be brought back to life after one has died.Sasa said:There's two meanings behind the word Resurrect. Yes, Jesus resurrected people from the dead, but he was the only one who's entire body was resurrected to Heaven. So, Jesus was actually resurrected twice. Once from the dead and once to Heaven.
Genesis 5:24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

True true....Sasa, you were saying the people misterpret the scriptures, and I agree with you, they do, and you do to. We all do.

Sasa said:I agree with you too Becky. The only thing is that this information is not coming from me but through me. It's really coming from the Cherubic Order of Angels and they do NOT misinterpret the Scriptures.
Then wouldn't Satan and other fallen angels come from that same source?sasa said:Angels are spiritual beings that are made of energy. God is the source of that energy.
