Well, chum, if I was alive then - which undoubtedly would not be possible - I might answer, but given there are many possible explanations now, why would I accept one particular version written so long ago by a bunch of relative idiots compared with what we now know? Seemingly evolution gave me the mind to distinguish fact from fiction in many cases, and your version is definitely on the fiction shelf at the library.

I don't need to go into details as to how every creature evolved. Far better to look at the wide spread of evidence that reputes a very young Earth. That is enough for me, especially if you simply ignore texts like the Bible as being any authority as to such things. Ask yourself if you had been born in some other country then you might have very different religious beliefs - even none. Or is it the special nature of your belief that makes you special?

Once again if all that you have is denial when presented with a scientific argument you are making a post no different than if you accepted it.
When presented such an article you have two choices. Refute it. That means explain where and how it got the facts wrong (and it does not match my interpretation of a book of myths is not a refutation). The other choice is what you choose, which w as not to refute it. And that is no different from admitting that it is true.

It is very foolish to make claims and run away. When you do so you are in effect admitting that the opposite is true. The idea of a debate forum is that one states one's beliefs and then supports them. Running away from claims is just admitting that one is wrong.

The no God assumption, which even the most committed atheists says cannot be absolute, and has been proven false with many infallible proofs, is used absolutely when determining the age of everything.
That is anti science, not real science.
Nothing about it cannot be accounted for by natural selection operating on genetic variation within biological populations over generations. Creationism cannot explain that or anything else. It has no supporting evidence or mechanism. It's an unfalsifiable claim that like all such claims can be disregarded.
Is that a problem for you now? Your two major holidays fit that description. Ho ho ho and hippity hippity hop!

You should have considered taking my advice about ethos and your public presentation, but maybe the big man sees what a martyr you are for him for debasing yourself publicly. Odd that you think he would like that, but nothing else explains this behavior of yours.
Your scriptures teach nothing about science or about the future of mankind or about the future of the earth, and its prophecies aren't even as good as mine. The Bible writers thought the earth was flat, unmoving, sitting on pillars, edged, and domed by a leaky roof above which is water raining in. That's not a good source for any facts. Nothing in the Bible is known to be true because it's in the Bible. The claims of fact that are now considered believable because of empirical support. We know that David and Pilate were real people empirically, but Adam, Abraham, and Noah are apparently all fictional characters. Jesus is somewhere in between. There is more evidence for his existence than Adam, but not as much as for Pilate.
