Calling them wicked?????? Calling devout Christian religious people wicked sounds like hate to me......
Oh, I know. To disagree with the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses is to them blasphemous. But to agree with them is to share in their wicked works. I call anything that stumbles righteousness wickedness. A white lie in God's name is wicked imho.
Thank you for talking to me.

So? If I want them to listen to reason what should I do, according to you?

Please.

What is the question??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Is saying that something someone does is wicked the same as saying the person himself is wicked?
Do we not ALL do something wicked sometimes? I know I do, even if it is just a thought. I think I am not wicked.

Matthew 5:28

I called the FACT that they say we should submit our souls to their governing body wicked. It is a wicked teaching. If you believe it is a righteous thing to do then please tell us, why are you not doing it?

I think if you will please apologize my soul will be at ease about that.

Just for the record, I never called any Jehovah's Witness wicked. But in a way I hear @Lyndon calling ME wicked because that is what a person is who calls another person wicked.

Matthew 5:22

An apology is in order, I think.

There are wicked deeds and people who do wicked deeds are doing wicked deeds. The thing about most people that I have come across on the internet is that they choose which deeds are wicked and which deeds are not wicked just like they are playing God.

Do the leadership believe they are amongst the chosen.
Yes. They claim to be of the 144,000
Are the chosen endowed with any special attributes.
According to who? They do not claim special attributes that I am aware of.
Logically they must be assuming that they shall endure to their end because they make certain that we should believe that they are of the 144,000. The 144,000 are heavenly.

OK, thanks. May I ask what scripture convinces you that Jesus is God in the flesh? We do not teach Jesus is an angel, but rather, the only begotten Son of God. We do believe he is the archangel Michael, based on 1 Thessalonians 4:16 and Jude 9.
John 10: 30. I and The Father are one.

I believe this is fairly typical of misinterpretations.
IThes.4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first;

i believe it does not say that Jesus is an archangel or even that He has the voice of an archangel. I believe the "with" here means that He descends in the company of the voice of an archangel. When the text appears to be ambiguous then the context of the Bible has to be considered and Jesus equating Himself with God does not fit the context of Him being an angel.

Jude 1:9 does not even mention Jesus.

Also one would not say that Jesus is a trumpet since that is also connected by an "and." Nor would one say that Jesus is the dead in Christ.

I believe they ahve adjusted this somewhat since there are more than 144,000 Jehovah's Witnesses. Only the elite JW's qualify.

Of course this is another misinterpretation since the text most certainly refers to Jews. The concept that the 144, 000 are going to Heaven and the rest go to the new earth is also bogus. If they did I would consider them unfortunate for doing so. The idea that the rest survive on earth is also incorrect although I do believe there will be some who do outside the Kingdom of God and therefore are temporal instead of eternal.

I believe what Jesus meant at John 10:30 can be determined both by the context of that statement and other similar statements Jesus made. Explaining what he meant by his statement, Jesus said in verse 36; "do you say to me whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’?" On another occasion, in prayer to his Father, Jesus requested;"I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, watch over them on account of your own name, which you have given me, so that they may be one just as we are one." Surely Jesus was not saying his disciples would be one person, but rather that they would be unified in purpose and love, just as Jesus was and is with his Father and God. (John 17:3)

As for Jude 9, it shows that Michael is an archangel. Jesus is identified as coming with an archangel's voice. There is no mention in Scripture of any archangel other than Michael, who is also called "the great prince" at Daniel 12:1. This convinces me that Jesus has as one of his names Michael, which means "who is like God".

I believe God is always one no matter where He is. So it is not a matter of being one physical person but being one Spirit.
Purpose and love are attributes of God and not included in the statements.

I believe false reasoning will never reach the truth. Repeating false reasoning does not make the reasoning any more true.
