I believe what Jesus meant at John 10:30 can be determined both by the context of that statement and other similar statements Jesus made. Explaining what he meant by his statement, Jesus said in verse 36; "do you say to me whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’?" On another occasion, in prayer to his Father, Jesus requested;"I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, watch over them on account of your own name, which you have given me, so that they may be one just as we are one." Surely Jesus was not saying his disciples would be one person, but rather that they would be unified in purpose and love, just as Jesus was and is with his Father and God. (John 17:3)
As for Jude 9, it shows that Michael is an archangel. Jesus is identified as coming with an archangel's voice. There is no mention in Scripture of any archangel other than Michael, who is also called "the great prince" at Daniel 12:1. This convinces me that Jesus has as one of his names Michael, which means "who is like God".
