I'm still not understanding these two concepts. You said why would god invite someone who hates him into his kingdom.
He already has by sending his son. Why would he
not invite people he saved into his kingdom?
But why do you think it is evil for God to bring only the people He wants in His Kingdom to His future eternal Kingdom?
I never said it was evil. I don't believe in god; so, I have no opinion on whether he is good or bad. He doesn't exist in my head.
Logically, he invited all people (John 3:16) to his kingdom not just those who don't hate him. The ball park is from the christian's side. For example, if I displayed unconditional love, I would invite people I love and hate to my dinner table. The meaning behind that invitation has no reservations. I
want people I hate and love at my dinner table; so, I invite them. As such, I am displaying unconditional love.
If you're saying that god doesn't want people to come to his kingdom that hate him then quote that "god so love the world.." etc, it's a contradiction between motive and action. It sends wrong signals.
Those of us who love Him are loved by Him. Do you invite people into your life that hate you?
If I loved someone unconditionally (charity) it doesn't matter how the other person sees me (or use money for alcohol to compare). Unconditional love has no reservations.
Going by scripture, I'm just human. So to invite someone I hate
even though I want to in to my home would be hard (rather). You're comparing god's unconditional love to a human. Unless he does't have it, now it goes back to dying for someone (inviting) who hates you (a sinner). What you're saying is completely opposite of scripture.
Is it possible to believe in God's Son, yet also hate God?
Though this isn't the topic, no. How does this connect to the topic?
Is it possible to believe in God's Son, yet not believe what His Son has said?
Yes. I believe that my mother loves me that doesn't mean I believe everything she says. I see god the same way. I see no hierarchy in spirituality even if god exited.
