Trek or wars...Trek or wars?

Trek.

Those are the only two I've heard of.

Is there any contest. I mean Star Trek has the interchange of Spock, Bones, and Kirk. It's hard to beat that :p.

My parents are Trekkies. Thank God. I was hooked E-A-R-L-Y! My best friend is a Trekkie too.

Stargate is cool too. And I must admit that (although this isn't really a storyline/universe) I LOVE the old Twilight Zones.

Ditto. It must have been Spock that did it for me :p.

Yes, they are a great culture. Anything that involves five or six drunk Klingons in a bar is always going to get fun :D.

You definately hist "something else" square in the middle :). I'm familiar with all of them except Barbarella (well, I know that she's Stan Lee's creation IIRC).

Ah, so that's another piece of pop-culture that explains my insanity. People have told me I am culturally deficient. When I protest, they tell me that the Hulk, Tolkien, Handel, Plato, and the like do not make me prificient in our culture :D.

I see you changed your avatar to match your choice ;).

I really liked Rama. It had such a wonderful air of exploration that it was addictive.

You know, while the movie was not what I expected, "The Martian Chronicles" was a GREAT book. :D

You just hit one of those shameful spots of sci-fi blindness. I haven't read that...and I've passed it up before :bonk:
