Was no serious terror until invasion of Iraq .
Some will be terrorist simply as they lost innocent family , the hate makes them terrorist .
Is a Muslim problem , christian can only make worse by killing innocents in its persuit of terrorists .

Jihad has been a threat since the foundation of Islam. I am from Argentina. We suffered two major Islamic attacks in the past 20 years. Hundreds of people died. Tell me when Argentina has invaded the Middle East. When have we oppressed or murdered the Muslims?

Looking at the commentary from ISIS, the slogan, "The religion of peace", is becoming an unfortunate joke.
I know most Muslims are peaceful, but it would be best to find a different slogan.

The real question is why religions continue to put up with such people in their midst and refuse to police them out via reforms.

Perhaps it's like what we see with police.
Most are good people.
But there are violent crooks in their midst, who rob & kill while wearing a badge.
The good & the bad are all in a brotherhood though, & this is what matters most.

I refuse to believe that Islam (or any other religion) is powerless to prevent significant portions of its membership to murder, rape and torture in its name.

They will completely ignore the innumerable violent verses contained in the Qur'an, as well as the ignominious behaviour of Muhammad. The crusades were not a terrorist attack, genius. They were a defence movement against the Islamic conquests in the Mediterranean. They were a mistake, but if it weren't for them, you would be speaking Arabic right now.
