California Gov Signs Bill To Exclude Trump From 2020 Election Ballot (SP 27)

Boy that opens the door to just about everybody and anybody.

Native Americans are given, they are citizens by birth.

Latinos are fine as long as they have citizenship , which is why I think it was instituted in the first place.

I really think there is a concentrated effort to destroy this country via undocumented foreigners who clearly have no business in politics.
For the Democrats on the Hill the illegals , which some people imagine are in profile Hispanic exclusively, are the new slave group. However, due to the benefits said group receive from those offending Democrats the return in their minds is apparently the vote in return for that support.

Abraham Lincoln said, "America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves. "
I think demonic powers in this nation have worked to make that a reality.

With the example you provided, America was established as a secular nation and multiple times the Constitution prohibits the merging of state and government. Such as, any and all state laws that require a pledge of faith to hold public office are prohibited per the Constitution.

? Who is talking about making people do a pledge of faith?

Either states have the right to rule locally around federal law or they do not. Can't cherry pick law. It's one way or the other.

I think it is more about lowering the power of the Democrats in any way possible.
As opposed to Democrats gaining power in any way possible?
It makes sense for both parties to try every trick available.
But neither should pretend to be ethical about it.

Both parties are guilty of that. The Republicans are not the only ones that have gerrymandered for example. They just did it better than the Democrats ever did ten years ago. If one understands one's motives it can explain their actions.

Per the Constitution, things not outlined and specified are left up to the
state. The Constitution clearly indicates that the church and state must remain separate. However, voting laws aren't brought up much save for when the law was adjusted to allow more people to vote, such as black people, women, and the age reduced to 18.

Voting rights in the United States - Wikipedia

True but in the 26th amendment there is a clause that a state cannot impeded someone over 18 from voting. Not allowing a candidate on the ballot is impeding the voter. The law is unconstitutional.

Even without specification, the justices would likely look to original intent.
I'm confident that they'd be loath to grant states the power to decide
which major candidates can be excluded. Legal rationale can always
be constructed when they've a compelling interest in a particular outcome.
There are already laws about access. Ballot access for presidential candidates - Ballotpedia

In order to get on the ballot, a candidate for president of the United States must meet a variety of complex, state-specific filing requirements and deadlines. These regulations, known as ballot access laws, determine whether a candidate or party will appear on an election ballot. These laws are set at the state level. A presidential candidate must prepare to meet ballot access requirements well in advance of primaries, caucuses, and the general election.

I've been open about my past, or had you forgotten? I was forced to live as a male until 2004 when I could not stand it any more. I am XXY non-Kleinfelter's, AIS and who knows what else. That makes me Intersex, but that was not discovered until later in life. So, yes I was drafted in 1966. I was this little, scared kid who feared authority. That is another story. I was 5'7" and 135 lbs when I went into the Army. By the time I got out of the service in 1969, I feared and hated men, and still avoid any sort of intimate contact.

I was married for 39 years, and never being thought to be masculine enough was painful and I was often thought to be gay, or worse. I was always employed and never adulterous. I tried to satisfy a very conservative Evangelical church. In the end it is they who were the jerks.

Twits like Trump and his evil minions see me as something repugnant. Yes, I can be verbally abusive. You come by that when you manage to survive.

Is that enough for you???
That was a righteous rant.

California governor signs bill on presidential tax returns

The bill is unconstitutional under California state and the federal Constitution.
There are no tax return requirements under the federal Constitution and the supremacy clause makes the federal Constitution the supreme law of the land. This is a sorry political move.

Should be interesting to watch what happens to this illegal law.
Political stunt I think. Theater.

Think what other states can do if California gets away with this? Then people can come up with all kinds of reasons to keep various candidates off ballots.

Shows the mentality of the Democrat Socialist.

They don't want any other name except their own on any electoral ballot.

The Constitution doesn't specify laws regarding primary elections.

That does not mean a state can do what it wants. See 15, 19, 24 and 26th amendments. It will be thrown out based on existing voting laws and rights as the right to vote is linked with the right to run for office.

I don't believe in demonic powers, but the right is sinking further and further into negativity and darkness.

A number of years ago I and a few others performed what I called the Andras Werking to call upon the idea of the Goetic Demon Andras. It involved a swastika and an original Indo- Persian demon head mace. It's purpose was to bring about the rise of the far-right in Europe and the U.S., even I am impressed with the ongoing results. You see sometimes the wheel needs a little push and things need to play out. When some claim the right are using "dark forces" they are right, but they are far darker than than their realities can handle.

(Evil laugh here)
