You are the one who insists that NY and CA would determine the outcome of the election if we got rid of the Electoral College. That is literally you making an assertion, in a way that you believe to be fact, about a situation that has yet to occur.

It's literally the definition of the word. I don't have evidence to claim it as a fact, because the situation hasn't occurred yet to gather evidence from.

Though there is plenty of evidence to support the idea that the DNC is manipulating the voting system to give itself an advantage. Of course this will never happen, but it sure is funny watching lefties struggle in vain desperately try to regain/retain power. Truly a sign of the tyranny they would impose on us.
