Can there be One Supreme Meaning to Life?

It is up to the individual to choose his purpose. no one purpose will fit everyone's needs. No purpose can be judge by another because no one has the same experiences or though process. Thus the meaning of life is Insert your meaning here

Is it possible for there to be one supreme meaning to life? And, if so, what is the logic or reasoning that would support the assertion there was one supreme meaning to life?
This is what the Third Reich and the Nazis thought. the Jews and the Muslims hold a completely different philosophy. every man shall live by his own merit or faith.

Put differently, on what reasonable basis, if any, can someone claim there is one supreme meaning to life? Or, is the notion there is one supreme meaning to life just an unfounded assumption?
I'm not sure about the use of 'supreme' meaning. it is the responsibility of every man to find and practice what he does best and this will give meaning to his life and to the life of others around him. life is potential, it can be harnessed to damage or for productive results. life will still be here. the potential is there, the question is what every man chooses to do with this potential.
