Murdering someone is wrong I don't support those who kill. I support peaceful Muslims and IslamI don't think it's a reality the world will accept... The murderers cannot win.

Doesn't it follow then, that the problem is your perception and not the cartoon?Of course, it my own words and understanding
They should learn to not offend Muslims by making a caricature of prophet Mohammed. Today they know it will create tension, but they don't care.
Even asking others not to depict your prophet is a rude thing to ask.
I support peaceful Muslims and Islam
Don't get me wrong, I think Charlie Hedbo were being rude. But that shouldn't be a death sentence, and you should be allowed to be rude.
1: yes it should be illegal to joke about others religious belief.
2: in this case it was the drawing that created the unfortunately killing and of course killing is wrong
Those who did the killing should get their time in prision
You don't share that opinion? That is your opinion
Wrong, humour can be educational, and it is a much softer way to learn by being prepared to laugh at yourself when you err than finding out the hard way that you have made a mistake.yes it should be illegal to joke about others religious belief.
Their satires and parodies of Islam ─ at least, the two or three pages I saw ─ were crude, entirely juvenile and lacking in wit, sting or point. They were rubbish. When will this ****ty "satire" magazine stop harasment of the Prophet Muhammad?
Again they are planning to re publication of the idiotic drawings from 2015. Did they not learn anything last time?
It's my view of the cartoonDoesn't it follow then, that the problem is your perception and not the cartoon?
You can not blame all Muslims for what a few didYou could flip it.
Something like...
'They should learn not to offend the French people by shooting them dead for their literature. Today, they know shooting people dead will create tension, but they don't care.'
Why does a spiritual belief get precedence over a belief around freedom of speech?
I want Muslims to pray according to Islam, not non muslimsIf Muslims in your town did the call to prayer over a loudspeaker, would you want everyone to pray with them too?
I only speak of how "humor" should not be used to depict religion. Why?
This is like saying that the flirting women in the sexy dress created the unfortunate rape.
So in your fantasy world where cracking jokes about a religion is illegal, what do you feel would be an appropriate punishment for doing it anyway?
What, for example, do you feel should be the punishment for all the people that worked on Monty Python: The life of Brian?
Laughing at my self is easy, because I did not insult my selfWrong, humour can be educational, and it is a much softer way to learn by being prepared to laugh at yourself when you err than finding out the hard way that you have made a mistake.
An astounding 2% of the Bible verses are violent crap
I use common sense and only use loving verses (so I use maybe 2 verses from the Bible; that's plenty for me, no need to know more). I think it is even unwise to read the violent verses, as it might infect you with crap thoughts, how else they...
Interesting and useful poll would be 'How many':
1) Christians read violent verses
2) Christians believe Bible violence can be used, as it is God's word
3) Christians promote violent verses
4) Christians believe those are God's violent words
5) Christians think it's still applicable/useful now
*) And do the same to Muslims/Koran
I think in percentage it might be similar, low
I think in real numbers there will be a difference
Or maybe they're winding up the country towards serious trouble. It's provocative, it's a deliberate act to upset a minority and increase unrest, imo.
You know that wouldn't be allowed where I live. It's filthy.
I don't, Christine.I actually think its a political statement in search of justice and recognition of those murdered in cold blood. The day following publication, the terrorists co-conspirators trial began in Paris.
I thought it was more but i don't have statistics, its just from my reading of the bible.
Interestingly the Bible is about twice as violent as the Qur'an
