See? In reality they ran plenty of covers featuring cartoons of jesus, the pope, jews, jawhe, etc. From the looks of it, perhaps even more then they did of islam.

The only reason it leads to turmoil, is because extremist muslims create that turmoil.
They ran plenty of cartoons of christianity too... one of which depicted Jesus humping with Jawhe in doggy style. You didn't know about that, didn't you? Off course you didn't. You know why? Because christians, not even the fundamentalists, don't react like those extremist muslims do.


The turmoil here is ENTIRELY one sided.
And the side that causes the turmoil are NOT the good guys.

You are advocating bowing down to the bad guys and succumbing to evil, anti-social, anti-secularism, anti-western, epitome-of-intolerance threats of violence.

And you call the cartoonists "intolerant".

Actually all religions say in some form that one should not make image of Gods or prophets.especially of a God because we do not know how they truly look.

1: yes it should be illegal to joke about others religious belief.
2: in this case it was the drawing that created the unfortunately killing and of course killing is wrong. Those who did the killing should get their time in prision

I do not see Islam as evil bullies, but yes some Muslims has done evil deeds that is true. But you find that in every society in the world too, no matter religion or not.
