City passes proposal to remove Trump's star from Hollywood Walk of Fame

The Washington Post, CNN, and The NY Times. LOL! The “usual suspects”. All three completely biased against President Trump. Why not cut out the middle men and quote the DNC directly?

Go ahead then. Show us which listed items are NOT lies, and why.

President Trump has scruples all right. That’s why the left are so obsessed with trying to bring him down. He has scruples and they are afraid of someone hat won’t know tow to them or play their games.
The left would dearly love to bring this prima-Donald down because he's an incompetent, ego-driven, smirking draft dodger who is not only incredibly clueless about his responsibilities and how to carry them out, but can't go a month without an ego fix from his equally clueless red-neck bedfellows. In fact the entire world, including Putin and Kim Jong-un, is laughing in dismay at this gullible numskull, and shaking its head at we the people of America for letting such a nincompoop reach the office of Presidency. .

Simply consider Trump's current state of fear driven anger at Robert Muller. No one. NO. ONE, would ever get as worked up over an investigation that didn't involve them as trump has over the Russia investigation. So, the question is: Why? Why is Trump so continually livid over the whole affair? I won't bother to answer because I honestly don't think you'd understand, but I put it out here for anyone else who may have doubts as to his nincompoopery.

Ah yes, it doesn't get more Presidential than this.

I can just see him doing the very same thing in Jr. high school;
"Just wait until recess
you *#*^%&. I'll get you then!!"

And you missed a key point. As you admit these others are alleged or confirmed to have committed very serious offense and yet their stars on the walk of fame have not been removed, defaced, not even are there efforts to remove them. Yet President Trump, who has not commit their sorts of misconduct has had his star defaced and there is an effort to remove his star. It is a double standard.

Well, just considering the others and their offenses, should their stars be removed in your opinion?

Over the line, kindly don’t use the murder of 6 million of my fellow Jews for your cheap theatrics.

The analogy is the same. Pick Axe Boy's action was because of an aversion to the symbol that represents something vile to him. So too would any Jew have an aversion to the hated swastika.

We shall see.
But violence like vandalism needn't be repeated in the same venue.
When tempers flare, people lash out, & they see support for it, more
can erupt in unpredictable ways & places.

Then maybe the Trump regime had better pause and consider the consequences of their brash words and actions. Few other presidents have been the cause of such internal strife. He's acting like a 5 year old.

First of all, kindly don’t presume to compare this what we Jews suffered from the Nazis. It is offensive. Secondly, physically attacking the use the swastika is not how Jews prefer to handle such things. How about you just try to make your point and leave out the swastika/Nazi/Hitler references?

I don’t have much use for Hollywood or “celebrities” at all. I don’t give a hoot about these “stars” at all. Of course hooligans and vandals are reprehensible. If someone wants to get rid of a particular star on this insipid “Walk of Fame”[sic] have the class and decency to do it through legitimate means.

I agree that his hostilities are counter-productive.
A response in kind yields the same results.

Rosa Parks defied an unjust system. Destroying the star is just petty vandalism.
There seems to be a lot of emotion being expended on this for a petty crime.

Wrecking Trump's star isn't on the same level as Rosa Parks's protest, but I'd say it's akin to this other expression in a different city:

Toronto's Rainbow Tunnel

... which was also condemned as "petty vandalism" for the first few years of its life but is now maintained by the City.

There is a difference between the swastika and the star: the swastika is a symbol of racism and oppression, but the star is one of reward and recognition, something Trump does not deserve. No offense, but the analogy is valid in that both are symbols which don't represent what they're intended to represent, and in fact have come to represent the opposite.
