Anyone's. Point being is people are up in arms about Jr but let other violators slide. I want a consistent standard rather than the tool it has become. Similar to impeachment possibly becoming a political tool.
Yeah, but it doesn’t matter if someone like me (for example) does not like Don jr. I am not on the jury, I am not the judge or the prosecutor.

Don jr is s Republican (supposedly), Mueller is a Republican, Rosenstein is a Republican. Heck, even Comey was a Republican. So who are the “rivals”?

I think they're angry that a Democrat isn't leading the investigation. Has to be it

That ship sailed back in the 90's when the Republicans used it on Clinton.

I still hold that against them. When they kept ratcheting up the partisan crap I eventually drew the conclusion that they care far less about the country than political power. They have yet to give me a reason to think differently.

That is the use I am talking about. More so Dems are using impeachment as a campaign promise. Next time the Republicans do it, back and forth, back and forth. I hate to see impeachment being used just because one side does not like an election result.

It was a waste of time but Bill still has some blame for so willingly to provide ammo to his opponents.

The Republicans are not as unified as you think. Many call moderate Republicans Rinos. (Republican in name only) They are Dems in the view of many. Likewise a lot of moderates are rivals with those that pander heavily on religion as it is seen as a hindrance to more general GOP policy. Trump and Jr are seen as populist merely using the GOP label by many. Also an opportunist.

For example a lot of people that support Trump now hate Cruz due to the lack of an endorsement. Likewise many Cruz supporters hate Trump for the personal attacks on Cruz's family. Remember Trump claimed Cruz's father was part of JFK's assassination during a debate. Typical smear tactic but the topic was over the top.

Dems want him to testify under oath. Mueller does while failing to demonstrate he can not get information from other sources (the legal argument Trump will use). One does not have to be in another party to be a rival. The GOP has fractures.

I am aware that there are different factions within the Republican Party, but I still don’t see evidence of these “rival” as you call them involved in this investigation. Rosenstein for example is.not just a Republican, he is someone who was picked by Donald Trump himself for the position he now has. He is the one who will ordered the special counsel and the one who is in charge of it, Don jr’s fate is in the hands of a man appointed to that office by Donald Trump; So what “rivals” are you talking about? Names?

And in a new poll that showed up this morning on Yahoo News, 40% of Republicans say that Russians helping them win doesn't bother them and 10% say they actually welcome them to do as such, much like Trump announced during the campaign.

Re-read my post. Calls to give testimony under oath without demonstrating only Trump can provide the required information is nothing but a perjury trap.

Rosenstein for example is.not just a Republican, he is someone who was picked by Donald Trump himself for the position he now has. He is the one who will ordered the special counsel and the one who is in charge of it, Don jr fate is in the hands of a man appointed to that office by Donald Trump;

So? You think Trump is educated enough to make an informed choice here? Someone advised him and he accepted that advice without question. That is one reason Trump is so pissed off. Both choices demonstrate his ignorance and inexperience. Heck a legal clerk could have told Trump Sessions would recuse himself. Now Trump has egg on his face for his poor choices.

So what “rivals” are you talking about? Names?

The whole Dem party for one. For the GOP Cruz, McCain, Flake, Kasich, Heller, might as well toss the Freedom Caucus when it comes to Trumps policy, Corker, and Sanford.

*Sorry for the delay. I tried to post this yesterday but maintenance started*
