1- It's the pronoun of respect and greatness. You can find this usage of the pronoun in many Arabic, Persian and even Turkish. For example, a king says "We will come there". In fact it's "I will come there". Or whenever a Persian talks to a person whom he/she respects, says "Shoma(plural form of you) come" instead of saying "To(single form of you) come".

2- First of all, we need to know whether God means "All the creatures living in Heavens and Earth" or He means "Heavens and mountains and all the creatures inside them" or "Heavens and Earth including mountains". In this case we need Tafsir books which study the concept and meaning of verses in details. Tafsir Al-Mizan by Allame-Tabataba'i is one of the best Tafsir books written by a Shia scholar and some Sunni scholars have admitted that it's one of the best Tafsir books. Each verse of Quran has got tens of explanations in it.

Second of all, based on our Hadith collection, yes all the things have got a degree of conciousness. We have got different kind of souls which cause a degree of conciousness. Each creature has got one or some of these souls inside it. The soul inside a tree is more advance than the soul inside a solid material. The soul of an animal is more advanced than the soul of a tree and the soul of human is more advanced than the soul animals. The soul of a nice man whose heart is full of love is more advanced than the soul of simple people. Each of the souls have got names and I'm not going to explain each of them one by one. However, one of the most advanced souls is called "Mudma'inna" prophets(pbut) had got such souls.

Well we believe that the next thing before christ coming is the destruction of the harlot. False religion. When the government attacks false religion there will be great tribulation and then christ will come. The signs that Jesus described have kind of always happened but now at a greater magnitude. Jesus predicted all these sect of Christianity. I go door to door preaching and I witness or try to witness to every person I encounter.
