This, amongst other subjects, has been well demonstrated.
The Incas were an amazing culture who once ruled over most of South America. They were brilliant engineers who constructed massive stone forts with no mortar, structures that still stand today. They built an extensive system of roads from Ecuador to Chile including tunnels and bridges, and they also built aqueducts. They spoke Quechua but had no written langage. They did record records on knotted cords that were color coded (quipu) but had no writing system at all.
How does that correlate with your "all civilizations had both verbal language , and written language, they are just naturally complimented with each other"?
Would you like to learn about ancient civilizations that thrived without a written record? Would you like to educate yourself on evolution, biology, anthropology, and history? 'Cause you seem to be obstinately refusing to learn anything.
I find this hard to believe, but if it was so, then they are an exception.
Peace.
