COVID-19: God's Punishment for Homosexuality?

I find regardless of the C-19 cause it still fulfills Luke 21:11 coupled with these last days of badness on Earth as described at 2 Timothy 3:1-5,13.

The problem with this is that this coorelation has been made for many catastrophes over the past hundreds of years. Actually, even though this is a catastrophe it is not the worst pandemic even in the 20th century. The devastating plagues have been simply a matter of fact of human history going back to at least the plagues of Europe, Rome, Egypt, and China.

Viruses + dense human populations = plagues, epidemics and pandemics.

This ties in with the international declaring about the good news of God's kingdom government (Daniel 2:44) just as Jesus said at Matthew 24:14; Acts 1:8.

Egually dubious to justify your own belief.

Not sure I follow because since nuclear weapons entering the world scene there have been about more than 3 times the dead.
Luke 21:11 uses the adjective ' GREAT' when mentioning Earthquake's magnitude in the recent past.
Even in this country food shortage for children is 1 of 7. Even worse elsewhere in places.
Pestilence (C-!19) global as Not since nuclear enters the scene.
Personal avoidance of God in favor of one's personal life style as we read at 2 Timothy 3.
So, the world 'global' is now impacted by Jesus' composite sign as mentioned in the 24th chapter of Matthew.
However, the world sleeps as the snooze-button alarm goes off.
People put off these last days of badness on Earth and keep on ignoring the clock's alarm and causing more and more damage and problems that can't be solved.

That basically sums up a part of Christian attitudes throughout the entire history, duration and existence of Christendom. There have always been groups of them who think they are living in the end days. What makes your claim any different than those who have already been greatly disappointed?

So why were most of Noah's family so violent and wanted to kill Noah, given that the people who drowned in that particular flood were all members of Noah's family, including his grandparents (Gen 5:27) and his widowed mother (Gen 5:31) and his aunts & uncles & cousins (Gen 5:26) and his brothers & sisters (Gen 5:30) and his hundreds of other children & grandchildren born before and after Mrs Noah gave birth to triplets at aged 500 "years" old? And is that why Noah & Abraham & Moses etc never went to heaven (John 3:13)?

First, No one was offered heaven before Jesus died. This is why even King David did Not ascend - Acts 2:34 and John B.- Matt.11:11.
Adam and Eve were offered 'everlasting life on a beautiful paradisical Earth' as long as they did Not break God's Law.
Jesus informs us that humble 'meek people will inherit the Earth ' - Psalms 37:9-11; Matthew 5:5.
Heaven or the heavenly calling is only offered to some people like those of Luke 22:28-30; Daniel 7:18.

Lots of people of Genesis chap. 5 died before Noah ( notice the words ' he died ') such Methuselah 'died' in verse 27; Noah's father Lamech 'died ' in verse 31.
Mrs. Lamech could have already died and Lamech could have already been a widower.
Remember: It took about 50 years to build that Ark, so many more relatives or non-relatives could have already died before the Flood.
Noah was a preacher and Not just an Ark builder to the message about God being determined to end that ungodly world and it fell on deaf ears, so to speak.
That violent world ( Genesis 6:11) would have killed off all righteous people including Noah and family.'
That would mean there would be No one left righteous on Earth.
That 'Day of Judgement ' cleaned and cleared things up, and allowed for us to be born and think who we would like as Sovereign over us.

By saying Noah was 500 years old when he begat three sons does Not mean triplets.
Remember: before the Flood the life span was a figurative ' day ' of 1,000 years with Methuselah living 969 years of age before he died.
In other words, No one would or could live more than age1,000.

'Greatly disappointed' because of people's guesses or calculations being off, Not the Bible.
Before now, the good news of God's kingdom (Daniel 2:44) has Not been on such a vast international scale as it is today.- Matthew 24:14; Acts 1:8
Before nuclear weapons mankind did Not have the capability to destroy on such a vast scale.
The number of war victims are greater than before the world wars.
The magnitude of "GREAT" earthquakes are many more times just as Luke 21:11 says.
Food shortage I heard here affects 1 out of 7 children, worse some other places.
Pestilence (C-19) is global since nuclear power came on the world scene.
Many personal life-style choices now avoid God's standards.- 2 Timothy 3
So, to me the world is now impacted by the composite sign Jesus gives in the 24th chapter of Matthew.
Ignoring God's standards has led to more-and-more damage and bigger problems.

The number of war victims are greater than before the world wars.
That number is going down. For most of the world, the chances of dying in war, or any sort of violent death, has never been lower.
The magnitude of "GREAT" earthquakes are many more times just as Luke 21:11 says.
Earthquakes really aren't happening any more often or frequently, or to any greater magnititude. Truth is, we have thousands and thousands and thousands of earthquakes each and every year. Most of them are too far away from any settlements to be noticed by humans. That's how it's always been.
Food shortage I heard here affects 1 out of 7 children, worse some other places.
And yet for much of the world hunger and starvation have went down, and we've never had fewer people starving. They aren't gone, but they have indeed went done.
Many personal life-style choices now avoid God's standards.- 2 Timothy 3
That's always been the case.
Pestilence (C-19) is global since nuclear power came on the world scene.
Disease and famine do occasionally appear throughout history without any strings attached.

It still remains your picking and choosing among the many plagues, epidemics catatrophies to justify your agenda, and then bring up nuclear weapons. In reality it beyond any reasonable stretch of the imagination and extreme stretch of interpretation of ancient scripture to make a vain effort to make things fit, which in reality do not any more than the disasterous events events at the time they were written.

Huh, I find it is MAN who has set MAN's doom-and-gloom Doom's Day Clock with its hand set close to striking the dark midnight hour.
I notice you made No mention ^ above ^ about the global work of Matthew 24:14; Acts 1:8 which is Now at its final phase.
So, if you couple the ^ above ^ with the international preaching work then things do fit together.
So, you are going to be in for quite a shock when the political surprisingly turns on the religious world.
Perhaps a bad economy could make the wealth the religions have amassed look like easy taking for the political ( even through the banking system ).
With a hauntingly dangerous religious climate brewing in the world, the United Nations with backing can be strengthened to take action.

I made no mention of this, because I believe in 'reality check' of the whole world history of catastrophic events recorded around the world throughout human history, which these are normal non-exceptional catastrophic events and not exceptional individual events you could equate to apocalyptic interpretation of prophecies every time a catastrophic event takes place and a fear mongering predictions are made that fail to materialize anything new in history, and in this one will pass, and actually it is not the biggest pandemic in modern history. Just one of events in human history that will pass.

The point is: I find that the ^ above ^ ( such as in Luke 21:11 ) ties in with the now international proclaiming about God's kingdom (Daniel 2:44) .
It does Not have to be the BIGGEST pandemic in modern times, but pestilence is tied in with the global declaring of God's kingdom ( thy kingdom come ).
This is Not a fear-mongering prediction but gospel 'good news' that God will have Jesus step in to usher in global Peace on Earth among persons of goodwill and bring healthy ' healing ' to earth's nations as mentioned at Revelation 22:2.

It still the problem I outlined. Many times in the past believers of different ilk proclaimed as you do, and nothing happened.

Nothing happened because wrong calculations or wrong guessed does Not make the Bible as wrong just makes the calculations or guesses as wrong.
Past believers did Not have the full picture as we do today.
Never before in history has Jesus' instructions (Matthew 24:14; Acts 1:8 ) about God's kingdom (Daniel 2:44) been declared on such a vast global scale.
In brief, that international work coupled with Luke 21:11 is what makes the difference.
Never before have the governments had to deal with terrorism as today.
Religion is Not useful to the political as it was in the past, The political 'kings' got to use the religious 'queen' to back their wars, etc.
World's religions have amassed a lot of wealth $$$$$$$ and with a bad economy such wealth can be easy taking for the political world.
So, brace yourself because 1 Thessalonians 5:2-3 is going to happen.

Muffled

Jesus in me
Yaakov Litzman has tested positive for COV19, only a month after saying it was God's punishment for homosexuality. Now that's funny. Not that I wish for anyone to get sick. May he heal and learn his lesson.

Israel health minister, who claims coronavirus is ‘divine punishment’ for homosexuality, tests positive for COVID-19

Edit: This has been proven false, you can ignore my BS.

I believe it is not but that it is a judgment on those who have supported abortion. That is why it is a world wide pandemic.

Muffled

Jesus in me
To not be a spiteful person one would hope.

I believe calling it spite is a rush to judgment. Are you saying you can read his mind?

I believe the fact is the homosexuality is a sin and therefore is punishable by God. The only question is whether the facts support that the particular sin was the one God was targeting.
