If God is omniscient, then it would literally be impossible for God to be an atheist.
If god was an atheist, would god know god was god?
Only if a woodchuck could chuck wood.If god was an atheist, would god know god was god?
Whence all creation had its origin,
he, whether he fashioned it or whether he did not,
he, who surveys it all from highest heaven,
he knows - or maybe even he does not know.
Is this a serious question?
And they say the BIBLE is contradictory and wishy-washy...
Well. Such a clear statement of a Seer manifesting the creation is not found anywhere else. And such an honest admission of unknowability beyond that is also not to be found anywhere else.

Well...maybe it's like the story I heard about Edison and the light bulb.I could see him getting a little down on some of his design skills.
For an omnipotent being, he has made the occasional cock-ups in his time.
Although to be honest I'm still completely lost as to whether it's fair to blame the Kardashians on an all-powerful omni-being. I mean, he could have prevented them, but maybe they are the price of free will?
