Oh yes......... a very nice JW couple have been visiting us for so many many years.that we are good friends now. They know I'm a total heathen and so they just sigh when I mention such things as going to a healing session, etc.
The Old Laws forbid anything to do with contacting spirits or using wizardry etc, with severe punishments. The following practices are all banned......
Naturism, astrology, claiyoyance, healing, witchcraft, potions or charms, spells (esp over snakes or scorpions), incantations, wizardry.

......... which is how so many single women got executed (as witches) in past centuries, especially if neighbours wanted to plunder their possessions and land.
I don't think that anything is destroyed...... nothing can be destroyed, only changed. Many atoms which I have collected into self will end up in other bodies, a whole range of lifes..... so I'm going to enjoy the coming day as much as possible.while I've got them .......

The questions apply to both 'another life' and 'another tenant'.
If you don't have to rely on tenancies for an income, then best to do something else, maybe?
Back in the day I often served Court Process Docs on Tenants for 'Landlord-Action' solicitors and so I learned how expensive it is to remove a bad tenant.
But after retirement when I worked for my mate in carpet cleaning I was always visiting properties both during and after tenancies. The Letting Agencies charged property owners a heavy % of incoming rents but they were professionals at Letting-Management and Tenant-selection, etc.
But I also often visited properties where landlords had avoided such charges by not using agencies. Bad Tenants hunt out such property owners, and once into Lets they can withold rents, knowing that the legal system will take many many months and £thousands to evict them before leaping into the next tenancy, and of course they can show fat deposits and first payments at the next Lett because they never paid a penny for months before that. Then they run the next landlord in to the ground. And when they do finally get evicted there is the cost of clearing up........ I specialised in saving only carpets........ the whole bill could be large.
I think I may have a good idea of what kind of hell you are going through. I am so very sad to see that you are being so badly upset by your particular situation. Some folks cannot empathise with Landlords because they think that Landlords must surely be rich, but I know that retired couples have been buying a second property with their retirement annuities for letting out because there is no other way to work the money for an income. But of course a bad tenant can rip that all to pieces......
And blooming lawyers (and bailiffs) feast on all this...... as you certainly know.. Please, please just get clear of all of that asap, and you'll be able to breath again.
