I am not an orthodox believer. The Messages were sent to the Churches. Christ fulfilled his promise, that can not be found in a church.
I go to my local church each week, they pray for the event that has unfolded. The world is as it is, because they are yet to embrace what they pray for.

Mark:
9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.
11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
Nation is different than church. While the Bahai faith believes all religions are spiritually correct, I do not. I divide the false prophets from the true prophets. The instilling of the OT and Gospel to be side by side diluted the Gospel message, IMO. Galatians addresses this almost to perfect detail.
The Gospel is withing the Bible just as the Tree of Knowledge/Life was in the Garden of Eden. Christ saw this (Gethsemane) and wanted more time.
But through Paul, he continued to worked the Spirit. Paul tried to stop it, and could only dispute it so the seeker could find it and see it.
Ephesians 6:
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, and against the worldly governors, the princes of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness, which are in the high places.
For clarity, I use the 1599 Geneva Bible translation that includes "worldly governors" that was removed by King James 13 years later.
I see the differences between the OT god and the Father (of Christ). As well as Allah. It's not about what "flesh and blood" dictates, but having a clear image of the "high places".
Just my view.
