Not only do pagan gods and goddesses exist they are equal to the Abrahamic god. Not superior and not inferior. They are as real as any other god. Your statemen is based on ignorance or worse arrogance. You may think you are superior but that is at the heart of your problem.

All of that is subjective circular reasoning, but I reject that kind of reasoning as it's not based on any facts. I'm sure those pagan gods exist in your imagination but they can never escape the confines of your imagination. If some one prays "god will you watch over my family and friends during this time?" That's a question and request.

If some one prays "god will you help me through this trying time?" That's a question and request.

If some one prays "god will you heal those that are sick". That's a question and request.

But.... god never ever answers to anyone as there is no higher authority than himself in the universe. So why would he answer prayers?
