I don't know about my 'religion' but I, as a Christian, don't have a problem with it. I'm bisexual, myself. I personally studied the topic of LGBT people and Christianity, both its theological and historical aspects, and found that it's not black and white. The Bible isn't actually very clear about it, either. I think people need to stop being so cruel to one another and judgemental (I'm a hypocrite because I can't stand people, myself, lol). Personally, God never told me it was a sin for people to love each other.

I don't attend any church, myself.

You mean, it's part of the Levitical Code, which isn't part of Christian practice. Christianity does not come with a legal code, as Judaism or Islam do. It recognizes a distinction between the religious and civil spheres. There's nothing in accepted Christian theology that I know of that calls for executing gay people.

So, no - that was not a "gay issue". Girls were molested and assaulted, too.

You can love a person with homosexual tendencies and encourage them to live straight just as you can love a person who smokes and encourage them to quit.

Please. In some cultures and religions gay and transgender folk are the religious leaders.

Also many neopagan groups are ok with gay people.

My religion doesn't even have the concept of sin and part of my religious beliefs accept LGBT people as sacred and their sexualities as a gift from the gods. Of course I created my own pagan and luciferian path so there's that.
