Actually I have been paying attention rather closely, I just have not been paying attention with emotion or taking an adversarial approach. I don't like him, but I am not going to panic about it or give into propaganda, sensationalism, or name calling.
WW III I doubt and there has not been a candidate in the history of the office that has done all the things he said he would do and although some of Trumps statements are rather questionable, some of what people are panicking about is more like guilt by association, rumor and somewhat one sided sensationalism in the media.
I tend to look at things, use my own brain, not let others tell me what to think, and draw my own conclusions. Sorry, panic if you wish, but I will not and I am guessing in 4 to 8 years we will all be here complaining about the next person running for office
The Buddha called people fools all the time, I think calling Trump supporters fools is quite appropriate, and factual, unless your a bigot, racist, misogynist, and homophobe then maybe supporting Trump makes sense, but that would still make them a fool because all of those things are foolish.
We often have much in common.

Okay, I'm an European and you can tell me to shut up, but I think that Trump might soon get bored by the ordinary day-to-day buisness of a POTUS and might discover that going to war gives more opportunity for television appearance, interviews, articles about him,.... and thus just has more 'glamour'...
Till the bombs start raining on your head, don't you know that a huge portion of Republicans believe in creating war between Christians and Muslims, which started with the staged attacks on the world trade centre on 911 IMHO
