According to the following link, all but Polk had adopted children, and Harding is suspected of fathering a child out of wedlock:
U.S. Presidents: number of children 1789-2021 | Statista
With the exception of Washington and Polk, that is not a stellar list of Presidents. I don't think comparing yourself to Harding, Buchanan or Jackson is a winning argument.

Let Trump be the one comparing himself to Andrew Jackson.

There's also the idea that MAGA loves Jackson. The man on the $20 is scum, and not for the right reasons he should be considered scum. It gives Kamala some stuff to work with, such as how it's not the Trail of Tears that makes him a bad person, it's being childless.

Well, I am registered as a Republican but I am no MAGA. Probably will register as an independent eventually but I'm pretty lazy.
I find Jesus was theocratic ( Not the modern-day definition of theocracy: rule by clergy or by clergy class ) but backed God's Kingdom aka government, thus Jesus and his followers were politically neutral not even getting involved in the issues of the day between the Jews and Romans

It was on fire when I laid down on it.

LOL I try to be neutral but it's hard sometimes.

Yes, but I think you also need to understand the Jesus was an apocalypticist. His belief in politically neutrality was a belief in temporary neutrality, until the "coming of the Kingdom of God", which he thought would be soon.

I'm sure that the Roman and Jewish authorities could tell, and cared, that Jesus was not talking about the current political, social, economic and military conditions of the area when he was discussing the brand new Kingdom of Heaven that was going to replace the existing nations...

Please post the ' would be soon ' part because I find Jesus taught No, it would Not be immediate - Luke 19:11-15
Jesus was Not a pacifist because he would be King (ruler) of the 'coming kingdom government of God ' - Daniel 2:44; 1st Cor. 15:24-26
If it was 1st-century soon there would be No need for the invitation for all to pray to God asking for Jesus to come ! - Rev. 22;20,2
Come and take the action as found at Isaiah 11:3-4; Rev. 19:14-15 which is still future

Replace ? or rather bring ' healing ' to earth's nations - see Revelation 22:2

Hard just sometimes ? because Jesus forewarned us that his followers would be hated - Matthew 10:22; 24:9 B
So, it seems that as time goes on being neutral, or taking a neutral stand, will become increasingly harder
Thus, being 'forewarned is being forearmed' as to what is going to happen

Doesn't matter what he intended...how did the rulers of the day hear it and react to it? They heard a threat to their order...
Yes, 'a threat' and that's a reason why when Jesus resurrected his 4-day dead friend back to life 'the order' so to speak' had to make sure they got rid of the evidence (Jesus' resurrected friend) by Not only trying to get rid of Jesus but murdering his resurrected friend -John 12:10
Jesus' murdered friend is why there was no mention of Jesus' friend being at his execution

Now he's after teachers without biological
children. He loathes "childless cat ladies".
But adopting kids isn't good enuf?
I wonder what he'd have society do with
orphans....Soylent Green....deport them?

"Weird" is inadequate to describe a man
so divorced from reality, with so much
fear & loathing for so many groups,
& pushing Christian Imperialism.

"JD Vance is in hot water again after more comments he made are being circulated. This time, in resurfaced audio, he said that teachers who do not have biological children "disorient and disturb" him."

... Something is definitely disorienting and disturbing here. Eesh.

Those weirdos were selected by Americans. About a half of America is intellectually and/or morally bankrupt. How else do we explain the race still being so close given the extreme opposite running?

Did you see Carlin on voting? It opens with him basically saying that it's not (just) the politicians who suck. Here's some of the transcript:

"Everybody complains about politicians. Everybody says they suck. Well, where do people think these politicians come from? They don’t fall out of the sky. They don’t pass through a membrane from some other reality.

They come from American parents, American families, American homes, American schools, American churches, American businesses, American universities, and they’re elected by American citizens.

This is the best we can do, folks. This is what we have to offer. It’s what our system produces. Garbage in…garbage out.

If you have selfish, ignorant citizens…if you have selfish, ignorant citizens, you’re gunna get selfish, ignorant leaders. And term limits ain’t gunna do ya any good. You’re just gunna wind up with a brand new bunch of selfish, ignorant Americans [leaders].

So, maybe…maybe…maybe it’s not the politicians who suck. Maybe something else sucks around here. Like…the public. Yeah, the public sucks!

Can't really argue with that.
