Egyptian and Jewish exodus what proof?

It is good to first take a skeptical approach before investigating any Biblical claims because there is everything at stake for both the believer and unbeliever.

Anyone who has researched metaphysics can honestly tell you that information that was available even 15 years ago is no longer available if it was not put into print. This a form of spiritual darkness as is the term the New Testament states.

It would be so easy to find objects in that desert if there were not so much sand. An automobile that had gone missing in the 1973 Yom Kipper war was later found in 2013 buried under 53 feet of sand. What does this tell us about how deeply buried are artifacts from the mid 1500s B.C. exodus is anyone's guess.

If there is little doubt that the Pharoah who instigated this exodus was Amenhotept I
All one needs to do is research this Egyptian king' s bio. Do not wait to do this because information on him is being corrupted. Under the guise of 'updating' , information is being formed to make the Exodus to have occurred so late as to be nonsensical. The correct dating of the Exodus and Jericho destruction is [upper case] dating which is earlier than what is now being peddled. It used to be stated that there were earlier dates to so many of these ancient events....but darkness comes.

As far as Egyptian calvery artifacts of the mid 1500s that chased the Israelites to the trap on the Red Sea shoreline, their brass uniform articles can still be found even today in the rocks along the shoreline.

Jericho has 9 layers dating back to the Natufians 12,000 years ago..

There are no brass artifacts on the Red Sea shoreline.

The Exodus is didactic literature not history.

We haven't found it yet is not an argument.

The last and final layer on the original Jericho site is dated, to around 1527 B..C, some 40 years after the expulsion of the Israeli Shepherd kings in 1567 B.C.

The Israelites wandered the wilderness for 40 years, moving from camp to camp, always remaining under the drifting cloud that was caused by the eruption of the island of Santorini, from which cloud the manna would fall each night.

The main thing that the Israelites would have left behind in each camp was their faeces, something that would be pretty hard to find after 3.5 thousand years.

And the exodus of the Israeli shepherd kings is verifiable history.

BTW, how long is it said that the Israelites were in Egypt?

The Hyksos were not Israelites.. they were Amorites and Hurrians. They mastered shooting bows from horseback. The Jews didn't have horses.

The ancient inhabitants of Jericho were Natufians, who later evolved into Canaanites and, from there, into the Israelites (who in turn became today’s Jews and Samaritans) and the Phoenicians (who went extinct long ago, although modern Lebanese Arabs have significant Sidonite descent, which is thought to be related to the Phoenicians).

What was the genetics of inhabitants of Jericho? How ...

During Late Iron - starting about 900 BC - Jericho was part of the northern kingdom of Israel. Around 850 BC a man named Hiel rebuilt the walls of Jericho again - which had been in ruins for 700 years. There was supposed to be an ancient curse by Joshua that whoever rebuilt Jericho could do so only at the cost of his oldest and youngest sons - literally that he would "lay the foundation on them".

Apparently Hiel sacrificed his sons and buried their bodies under the stones of the walls of Jericho. This use of a human sacrifice to strengthen the foundation of a new building was common in ancient times.

Shortly after Hiel rebuilt the walls of Jericho, according to the Second Book of Kings in the Bible, the people who moved to Jericho found the water in the pool from the spring of Ein es Sultan was so bitter it was impossible to drink.

The old testament has said that Egyptians keep jews as slaves, do we have proof of this? I saw a special about Egyptians how the made the Pyramids and they found a huge area where they had written on the walls journals of young Egyptian men who had been recruited to build the Pyramids not slaves.

The bible also says they're were many plagues God put on Egyptians and that Jews crossed the red sea, what proof is there for any of this or even that Egyptians kept Jewish slaves?

Well the Hyksos were enslaved because they kept making problems (ie. warring tribal conflicts). Egypt put them into slavery as a punishment. The Egyptians did build the pyramids - not slaves.

There was no real Exodus - the mythical Hebrew Moses was actually the Egyptian Akhunatun who tried to install monotheism in Egypt circa. 1350 BCE. He got kicked out, came back to reclaim only to negotiate a "take your own worshipers and leave" . This is the Exodus lead by an Egyptian man which later mixed with the Canaanite tribes and became Judaism.

Sorry kido, Moses led the Israeli shepherds out of Egypt in 1567 B.C., 200 years before your erroneous exodus.

Aaangggggg wrong answer.

Read Richard Elliot Friedman's books re: multiple authors of the Torah and archeological evidences to (not) support a biblical Exodus, but rather two smaller ones near the time I mentioned.

Moses wasn't a Hebrew either - there is no potent god of Abraham.

Yea, well we have already revealed through the scriptures that you claim to have read seven times, that the Jews did have horses and fought in Horse drawn chariots.

After the death of Isaac, Esau, who had sworn to kill his brother Jacob after the death of his father, attacked the camp of Jacob only to be killed by an arrow fired from the bow of Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel, and the bow was taken into Egypt by the family of Israel.

Read it, rejected it, as you have rejected the truths as revealed in the Holy Scriptures.

Kathleen Kenyon, a most respected archaeologist dug at Jericho over the seasons between 1952 to 1958, her results were confirmed in 1995 by radiocarbon tests, which dated the destruction of Jericho to 1562 BC (Plus/minus 38 years) with a certainty of 95%.

The radiocarbon tests which dated the destruction of Jericho to 1562 BC (plus/minus 38 years) with a certainty of 95%, confirm that the biblical date of 1527 BC for the destruction, agrees with Kathleen Kenyon’s findings.

1562 (minus 38 years) [1562-38=1524 BC.] this would mean that Jericho fell somewhere between 1562 and 1524 BC, close enough to the 40 years after Josephus’ date for the Exodus in 1567. [1567-40=1527 BC]

Josephus the historian identifies the Hyksos as Israelites and says that they departed Egypt in 1567 B.C.

The Torah has 4 authors: J, E, P, D - they are not "holy", they are man-made and reflect the Eloist/Yavist political divisions. Having said that, I still understand them and am happy to discuss anything in them.

However rejecting this to preserve some personal "belief" is the same problem this planet has had ever since the falsifications started: "believer" vs. "unbeliever" - as an "unbeliever" and someone who rejects "belief" entirely, feel free to "believe" what you wish if it keeps you happy.

Both Judaism and Islam make the same identical claim: they are in possession of the perfect word of god. Both are false. Both were modified over time and had diacritics added to them which changed the meaning. History repeating itself: there is not a single major problem in Islam that does not also exist (started) in Judaism. They are the same thing when collapsed and consolidated under the same false claim(s).

Lol Josephus.

The bible has one author, which was written by HIS chosen scribes, with who he was mentally connected at the time of writing.

Speaking of mental... the bible has literally dozens of different authors, not one. It is a canonized book comprised of 66 different books, dozens of authors.

Also, god is not a HE. According to Genesis, god is a he-she-in-one.

It is tempting to identify the Hyksos as the ancient Israelites, however, one would have to twist history in order to make the Egyptian slaves as those fierce chariot warriors who were militarily defeated by the Egyptian soldiers.
I think the truth about the Israelites is that they were allowed to leave by Amenhotep I after the final plague (which involved his only son....his newborn son). After they left, he had a change of heart and perused them to exact vengeance.
This would have occurred a few years after Amenhotep I defeated the Hyksos.

LOLOL.. you haven't a clue. The “Book of Jasher” mentioned in Scripture. It is a book of Jewish legends from the creation to the conquest of Canaan under Joshua, but scholars hold that it did not exist before A.D. 1625.

There is evidence for the Exodus from Egypt.

"A look at all the archaeological evidence shows that the best fit of the data is to identify the Exodus with the expulsion of the Hyksos from Egypt around 1570-50 BC The most important discovery is the Merneptah stele that mentions Israel which forced the revision of a number of liberal theories. Before the discovery of this stele scholars placed the date of the exodus and entry into Canaan much later. They were now forced to admit that Israel was already in Canaan at the time of Merneptah. This puts a terminus ante quem date of 1210 BC for the exodus."

Much more evidence in the link below.
