Are you saying a vaccinated person comes before...
-the drunk driver
-addict that OD'd
-the person choosing to eat twinkies and skittles instead of a healthy diet
-the depressed person who tried to commit suicide
-etc
I won't be addressing every hypothetical you guys
present. But I'd prioritize based upon those factors
too in times resource shortage.

1 in 5 is few relative to 4 in 5.
Let this not become quibbling over word choice, eh.

Is there a vaccine for these...
the drunk driver
-addict that OD'd
-the person choosing to eat twinkies and skittles instead of a healthy diet
-the depressed person who tried to commit suicide
-ect

If not then how should the come second to a vaccinated person who has some protection.

Why shouldn't the vaccinated come last. They have been vaccinated and have some protection.
Depends on what they come in for. If they come in with a case of COVID and aren't preventing alarming symptoms, they should be triaged accordingly.

You're ignoring how "few" refers to relative fractions.
But I sense this is intentional.
If you want to continue with me, please respond thoughtfully.

Ok. You said the hospital you posted about had 80/20. That is 80% unvaccinated and 20% vaccinated. What are the true numbers?
If its 8 vs 2, then yes 2 is a few.
