I hate the way Christians and other religions try to fit science into their scriptures to prove it right, and yet run down science in every other field.

the first day states.

Light, which is electricity, is the beginning of time.
The movement of matter, electricity , IS in fact time. CHECK

The second day states. The sky is water.
it is H2O. aka. CHECK.
these are modern scientific facts.

The third day of creation states, the planet expanded from within itself.
When you add electricity to a mass that had none before hand it expands. CHECK!

hence. when it happened, you can review the geology of the planeta dn prove it. CHECK!

the planet has 100% electricity, the water has 100% electricity? where does the electricity go? SEEDS! on the surface.. logical? CHECK!

the world has +100% electricity. where does it go?
Space. what does it do? cling to itself. The sun, the moon, the stars.
logical? Yes.

It's a cloistered rose colored world with pretty stained glass windows. It's awful for a Christian, should science ever get in the way of that. No Christian can really accept that their religion is based on sheer fantasy, and dam science to hell should it ever " attempt" to blow that world out of the waters. Thats the mentality.

Yes so true, and what I can't understand that there are so many intelligent people who believe in all this. ?.

I don't view intelligence as playing a dominant role in Christianity as I don't see the religion structured that way at all.

Christianity happens to be a very, and at times, extremely emotional religion with feelings and sensations taking a major presidence over intellectual matters and reasoning.

In other words, Christianity simply doesn't deal with logic and reason, but rather centers heavily around emotion, which IMO illustrates why there is such a disconnect present even among academically gifted people who by happenstance lean more toward their emotional side as being the dominating factor in determining the direction they take their lives.

It's very easy to see how emotion can do that.

Yes I agree with that, and that is what I was actually thinking about, its all the emotions that rule or can rule our life if we let it.

Is this an attempt at the Sokal maneuver?

At least his paper was interesting, if no more intelligible.

It also states birds came BEFORE land animals which is incorrect.

Eh, you are VERY uneducated, or worse. Light is NOT electricity. Electricity is NOT the beginning of time. The beginning of time is NOT light.

The second day states. The sky is water.
it is H2O. aka. CHECK.
Sorry, but lakes, rivers and oceans are full of water. The sky is full of air. I'm not really sure what to say about someone that doesn't know the difference between liquids and gases.

these are modern scientific facts.
No. Actually these are about as ignorant of scientific fact as a modern human can be. The states of matter, solid, liquid, and gas, are among the absolute most basic of scientifc fact and are taught in the very first chapter of the grade-school science. Not understanding these is pathetic.

The so called facts presented here are the absolute most ignorant example of someone's understanding of science as I have seen.
