They all have documented history,
I find it peculiar that Fox is being attacked for it while others seem to get a convenient pass.
That's the whole point.
It's a tabloid trend no doubt.Honestly I don't feel they are quite as bald faced in the lying department as fox and most other right wing outlets are, yet. That said, they're definitely getting more like fox year after year. They want the ratings fox has, and reactionary drivel is the best way to get those ratings
I used to read articles from both sides to glean a vague idea of the truth that lies in between, but yikes.... Don't do that no more. Now I just look at them to see what most people in the US believe
Texts between Fox employees and attorneys and other Republican officials compiled by Dominion reveal.

We asked the Trump campaign attorney for proof of her bombshell claims. She gave us nothing
That's a long way of saying we took Sidney Powell seriously, with no intention of fighting with her. We've always respected her work and we simply wanted to see the details. How could you not want to see them? So we invited Sidney Powell on the show. We would have given her the whole hour. We would have given her the entire week, actually, and listened quietly the whole time at rapt attention.
But she never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of polite requests. When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her. When we checked with others around the Trump campaign, people in positions of authority, they also told us Powell had never given them any evidence to prove anything she claimed at the press conference.
Powell did say that electronic voting is dangerous, and she's right, but she never demonstrated that a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another. Not one.
I'd replace Right Wing Politics with Turner. That better reflects their hatred and goals of a crusty-white Protestant world. Afterall, Nixon was RW but he gave us the EPA, OSHA amd federal funding for Planned Parenthood.Fox is mostly about their god of $, so I hope they lose their butts at the end. Unfortunately, the "religious right's" unholy trinity is Money, Materialism, & Right-Wing Politics.
Who's they?
Nixon right now would be considered to be a "leftist pinko" in today's Republican Party, and Eisenhower would be viewed much in the same manner. CPAC cheered and praised Orban who's basically a neo-fascist, and Trump has consistently refused to criticize Putin.I'd replace Right Wing Politics with Turner. Just for the record, I get my news from no less than six sources daily, and yet I have some friends who have the Fox propaganda channel on almost continuously. Are you one of those types by chance? They condemn FOX but they believe everything CNN tells them.

Well it shows he is less mad or stupid than one might otherwise have thought. But it also shows him to be entirely cynical, doesn't it, if he was, as a journalist, knowingly amplifying these falsehoods?
Why? Because privately he knows something is an insidious lie, but publicly he pushes that lie anyway for others to believe in it because it personally profits his bank account?
To me, that make it even more condemnable. If he were simply one of the blind sheep parroting the lies, one could forgive that far more easily than actually knowing better, and doing a disservice to others and the country itself, by selling his own soul for money. It shows a pure disregard for truth and an act against his own conscience.
What is it that you're seeing that makes him smell better in this and not worse?
That's because today's Republicans are more out in the Far Right field, many of them teetering into extremism, and about half of them favor or are sympathetic towards Christian Nationalism. It's RW, but a very ugly, derranged form of it, and have reached a point they can't even be rightly called conservative.Nixon right now would be considered to be a "leftist pinko" in today's Republican Party, and Eisenhower would be viewed much in the same manner. Sometimes if I feel overwhelmed, I just spend more time on the local news.I am not nearly that passionate about “the news”.
The news that interests me the most is the weather actually. It’s objective, and can be exciting, and I don’t have to hear about Red and Blue obsessing over each other. I’d much rather watch storm chaser tornado videos on YouTube then listen to news media outlets preaching their politics.
Reminds me of George Conway, who is Kellyann Conway's husband, who is a Republican conservative but who pretty much considers Trump to be a demon. Oh, to be a fly on the wall in their house, eh?That's because today's Republicans are more out in the Far Right field, many of them teetering into extremism, and about half of them favor or are sympathetic towards Christian Nationalism. On four independent studies I've seen on this over about 30 years, Fox is the least accurate of the major networks followed by MSNBC, whereas PBS Newshour is the most accurate followed by CNN.Now CNN is far more reliable than FOX,
But he's not a news reporter. He runs a talk show, doesn't he? So he can set the agenda for discussion. He doesn't have to talk up something he knows to be untrue, surely? Or are you saying he voss obeying orderss? That's pretty weak of him if so.What were his alternatives? In the first quote we see him alerting his producer to the fact that Powel is lying. Hoping it would make a difference in the way they treated the story maybe?
That's the way it comes across to me. Between that and the dressing down he gives Powel herself, all this speaks of reluctance to me.
(as if to say) "Now I have to get on air and report this crap".
I'll take a reluctant ***-hole over an enthusiastic one any day. At least it shows he has a conscience, which in my opinion makes him less dangerous.
Also, the way he phrases his objections: "it's a cruel and reckless thing to keep saying "
Cruel to whom? It sounds like he may actually care about his audience a bit.
He realizes his words influence and affect a lot of people, and the quote above suggests to me that he feels a certain sense of responsibility in connection to that.
If, ultimately, he chooses his career over his conscience, that just makes him a garden variety human IMO.
It would take a special kind of person to choose otherwise.

Fox is the leading source of misinformation in the US. As well for reach as for bias. The nail that sticks out gets hammered. They all have documented history,

I'm not a fan of Tucker Carlson, but I doubt that these claims by Dominion against Fox News will go very far in court... For example,
On November 19, 2020,
Tucker Carlson: Time for Sidney Powell to show us her evidence
When you listen to only one side of an argument, as is the case with the brief from Dominion that you attached in your OP, you will tend to be easily convinced precisely because you aren't hearing the whole story. That Fox News reported on Sidney Powell, doesn't mean that they didn't report fairly; it just means that they allowed both sides of the issue to be heard.

TL;DR
Dominion is going to have a very difficult time proving their claim in court.
