I saw the bone density problem on another site. I should have mentioned it. It turns out one of the original uses of the drugs was to delay the end of bone growth. It lets you keep growing. Turns out that can have the negative side effect of low bone density.

But if one goes through a complete gender reassignment one thing that cannot be done is to make a trans person fertile. So worrying about fertility is rather low on the list of concerns.

For reference, this is what the NHS has to say about treatment for gender dysphoria. It doesn't immediately recommend surgery for children, and surgery as a treatment for adults with gender dysphoria is far from unscientific or experimental.

It is experimental and unscientific because no amount of hormone, drug, or surgical treatment will ever legitimately or realistically alter one’s true biology.

“There is not a single long-term study to demonstrate the safety or efficacy of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for transgender-believing youth. This means that youth transition is experimental, and therefore, parents cannot provide informed consent, nor can minors provide assent for these interventions. When I first heard about transgender people and gender disphoria my first reaction was "Hell NO!" What can I say, I am old. But as I listened to people that were trans and looked at the evidence and read articles such as the one that @Debater Slayer just linked I saw that they almost surely had a valid case. I am not going to force them to stay trapped in what they feel is the wrong gender.

As a Christian you should be asking yourself "What would Jesus do?" And from his teachings he was very accepting of everyone.

What would Jesus do?

Certainly Jesus would demonstrate love and truth. God’s word states that He created male and female. So I don’t doubt that Jesus would be about helping a person accept themselves and find wholeness, peace and comfort with the body they were born with.

I am not sure, that there are only 2 genders and that they always match the 2 sexes.

I think I'd need more info on these experimental and unscientific practices. I've heard similar claims before and when I looked into it I found it was completely untrue.

Please, don't claim that something is experimental and unscientific. That alone is self contradicting. Worse yet you probably do not understand the definition of "scientific".

First off if Jesus was God he would understand that male and female evolved. Second he would understand that there is a difference between the way that the brain of a trans person works and that of persons without gender disphoria works. From who he hung around with and how he treated them in the Bible he would have no problem with trans people.

Like I said, you almost certainly do not understand w scientific means. You almost certainly still don't understand the concept. You merely said quoted a dictionary definition. That does not help you.

I happen to think that physical reality is objective, rather than subjective.

From my perspective a person’s sex/gender is determined by their chromosomes and body morphology. Yet, activists have come up with a new subjective reality of “gender identity.” which does not correlate with physical reality and therefore has no relationship with objective reality.
If you choose to live in a place of subjective delusion, you are free to do so.

Gender and sex correlate very strongly - they just aren't the same thing. I've never heard a trans person deny this.
