I saw the bone density problem on another site. I should have mentioned it. It turns out one of the original uses of the drugs was to delay the end of bone growth. It lets you keep growing. Turns out that can have the negative side effect of low bone density.Not quite:

But if one goes through a complete gender reassignment one thing that cannot be done is to make a trans person fertile. So worrying about fertility is rather low on the list of concerns.
