God’s Method of delivering messages, is it flawed?

I can quote as many books saying after the brain dies we effectively die.
I believe the body dies when the brain dies, but the spirit (soul) lives on and passes to another world.
Below is what I believe happens when the body dies:

421. When the body is no longer able to perform the bodily functions in the natural world that correspond to the spirit’s thoughts and affections, which the spirit has from the spiritual world, man is said to die. This takes place when the respiration of the lungs and the beatings of the heart cease. But the man does not die; he is merely separated from the bodily part that was of use to him in the world, while the man himself continues to live. It is said that the man himself continues to live since man is not a man because of his body but because of his spirit, for it is the spirit that thinks in man, and thought with affection is what constitutes man. Evidently, then, the death of man is merely his passing from one world into another. And this is why in the Word in its internal sense “death” signifies resurrection and continuation of life. Heaven and Hell, p. 351

Spirit of Light

Be who ever you want
At 70and frail after cancer, loss of kidneys, heart attack it's no longer important to me. But as a teen, it was very important because of the hormones raging inside me.

My wife and previous girlfriends enjoyed anal sex.

Nice to know you set standards for us based on what you like.

Off to have my supper.
All i said what my view was, if others do their thing its non of my business

A 17th century theologian and mystic isn't a great source.

So they make money from telling people about the afterlife!!!
Some of them do but so what? Other people also make money writing books.

I am sad for you that you are always suspicious of everyone, that has to be a difficult way to live.
I am not suggesting that you be gullible, just more open-minded. There is no way you can ever discover the truth if you close your mind to all the possibilities.

I'm not suspicious of every one and don't close my mind to possibilities.

You however have closed your mind to the possibility others are right.

I disagree with your "fact" i did not reject you or others free will to believe what you do.
All i said was my own opinion on it
Okay you should have made that clear. You can disagree with science but doing so after it's proven is closing your mind.

I closed my mind to the possibility that others are right about my religion being wrong, because as far as I am concerned it is not possible that it could be wrong.

I did not come to this conclusion in a few days, months or years. I have been a Baha'i for 50 years. If I am not certain after all those years, I never will be. ;)

I do not care what you or anyone on this forum thinks.
This is what you said in response to this...
You are free to believe in whatever false mythology you want.

But this is a forum where your beliefs and mythology are discussed and debated.

I am doing exactly what Baha'u'llah enjoined me to do and that is all I care about.
Okay, does he "enjoin" you to love others and respect their beliefs?

It's the "I don't care what they think" attitude.
Because this "I don't care what they think" isn't very respectful.

I did not say that, you said that.
And then you say I said that? Said what?

What I mean by not caring is the following: If your hearer respond, he will have responded to his own behoof, and if not, turn ye away from him, and set your faces towards God’s sacred Court, the seat of resplendent holiness.
So if people don't agree with you and don't want to hear you speak about your religion you don't care. Okay.
