the world hates christians because of ~ sin
are you saying christians don't sin?
We all have a sinful nature, so we sin. But Christians admit it (and repent), others don't. That's the difference.

Oh wow, sounds like your trying to say every Christian is and has been an anti-semite.Like homophobia, all those hate signs you see in protests like "God hates Gays", "Gods hates Sweden", "God hates Australia" God hates America" "God hates atheists". Not to mention the smouldering hatred for Jews which lasted for centuries through indoctrinating people by labelling Jews as "Christ Killers" which culminated in the Holocaust. Martin Luther was every bit as much an anti-Semitist as Hitler was but the biggest difference he did not have the gas. Yes I know where the hate is coming from.
That was not a doctrine. That was personal hatred supported by ignorance. Never was that even an article of faith. It was just a sad part of history, that more then just Chirstians took part in. Just like more then Christians took part in slavery in America. Not to mention the smouldering hatred for Jews which lasted for centuries through indoctrinating people by labelling Jews as "Christ Killers"

Christianity is one of the most strongest love based religions I know of and is why it is always pesecuted and in the state of resistance against hatred!
Christianity does no such thing. Christians on the other hand, and only some Christians, may do such. However, many other Christians would stand right next to you and fight for the same causes that you do.You`re kidding right?
I attack Christianity because it attacks me.
It`s just self defense.
Christianity goes out of it`s way to infect my government, my kids schools, my personal sexuality, my lifestyle, my world view, my morality, my friends, my family, my neighborhood.......
I could go on and on and on, suffice to say Christianity gets what it gives and then whines about getting it in return.

Ahh ... so we have the "No True Christian" argument.
It`s not my fault y`all can`t keep a consistent message across the board.
I stand by my statement.
No such argument. It's more like Christianity is an extremely diverse religion with many different ideas. To make a sweeping generalization like you did, simply is ignoring the fact that Christianity is not just defined by one idea or position, but is composed of many different ideas.Ahh ... so we have the "No True Christian" argument.

yes...it's happening.Interesting. Is it ok for me to hate non-Christians then b/c they infect my government with their secular views, my kids school, my lifestyle, my world view, my friends, my family, my neighborhood.....
or really...almost 80% of the US pop is christianYou do know Christianity is not the only view that effects other people. If you vote for an issue in the society we BOTH live in, then you are "infecting" my world too with your hatred, worldly ways, etc.
Just to make the record clear, I don't hate you or any non-Christian, despite how hard they try to mold the world I and my family live in to their world view. I was merely pointing out how this could go both ways, but is not a good reason to HATE others.
and you wonder why linwood would say such a thing?
I see it simply because they are intolerant of other ideas. I am Christian. I fully support homosexual rights and am active with working to help homosexuals. I fully support evolution, and would not want to see "Christian" ideas being forced into the schools. I don't want Christianity to be forced into the government, or any other aspect of life. And I am hardly the only Christian with such an idea.
More so, the things that linwood is using to support hatred of an entire group (which is funny in the first place, and simply only shows intolerance) can be said for any other group as well. Why? Because those ideas are not just Christian ideas (and it is very telling that they are not even supported by all Christians, and in fact, are supported by less and less Christians).
And the idea that one attacks another because it attacks them is ridiculous. It would be like me attacking atheism because a few atheists attacked me. Or attacking homosexuality because a homosexual attacked me. To demonize an entire group because of a few members is ridiculous and would not work with any other idea.
