He IS my President

Hopefully he does well. The people that confuse me the most are the ones who actively want to see him fail.

I agree. If he does well, we all do. I have not in my lifetime seen the level of childishness that is going on. The rioting, destruction of property and so on. So very sad. I hope he does well and does what is best for our country. The same hope I have had for every president that I have seen take the office regardless of party affiliation.

Freedom of expression is the American Way of Life , and if you don't like that, then you are welcome to move out of the U.S. No one if forcing you to live here.
I believe in freedom of speech. But to say that "Trump is not my president" in a way he is their president. They can say it all they want. They may not like that Trump is president but they will have to live with it for the next 4 years or it might be 8 if Trump is elected again.

It is not really up to you. We are a free nation, and if they want to protest the current President by refusing to accept his legitimacy then that is their right. Legally he is President, but there is nothing in our laws that dictate that on a personal level everyone must accept him as such. It is just a form of protest, and as long as they follow the laws and are not hurting others, then they are fee to protest however they choose.

It is important to have activity and push back against the current political power from the public as it helps create a healthier balance, and what you really should be more worried about is when people stop speaking out.

To wish success for someone that has the potential to be the next Adolf Hitler is not a very wise idea, is it???
Either that, or it would be the female equivalent of Chairman Mao.

Oh yeah I have been seeing that on twitter. If those who hate Trump and don't want him to be their president then they are welcome to move out of the U.S. No one is forcing them to live here.

I'm really curious if anyone of note had moved yet?

Trump is a fascist, success for a fascist is to be dictator, we cannot wish for Trump to succeed, for for him to succeed is for America to lose.
I think the last several presidents have all been coined as a dictator. *grin*

Some celebrities have said that they will move to Canada if Trump became president. I don't know if they are being truthful about it or they are just saying it just to get attention.

I haven't heard of any moving yet. =0¤

No offense intended to my neighbors to the north. Really great people, just the same old politics.

Canada isn't a gawdawful country by any means, but I happen to know the grass isn't really any much greener on the other side then ours givin I spend the majority of my work life in Canada.
